Avast is a great product. It's free version works well for most users. The many optional sections can be upgraded as needed and are handy for many casual users and beginners. I am a computer tech and have used it for a very long time. It is better than many others out there!

i bought another year of avast and after that i started getting all kinds messages say my window system is getting damaged and the one i had was still goo i just got another year of avast so i wouldnt run out so now it says my computer is damanged i would appreative if you could go in and fix it and if you cant would you please return my money so i could get something else

because the messages are mostly what is wrong with my laptop and whats happening. what i dont really like is the fact that it doenst really protect the laptop as it said it would.

Reliable, fast, cost/effective

I used them as advised by a friend to remove and stop virus infection warning pop-ups on my computer. There was no virus on my computer, but they charged me $48.08. To stop the pop-ups, they asked me to pay them $150 which I did free after I got instructions from my office IT department. They do not have phone number to claim the money I paid.

problem with communication to change the billing information

Avast is easy to navigate. Most of the things Avast does for your computer are things you set up in the beginning are automatically done behind the scenes. This allows better productivity. Love it!

Since I installed Avast, I never had any problems with viruses oder trackings. The price seems reasonable to me.

Not being a techno buff all I can say is my laptop seems to run smoothly and I assume this is from the protection offered by Avast

On the surface Avast security programs are great and do the job well.
However, Avast the company is not so good. They'll sell you the same program more than once, even though their own website shows you have already subscribed and paid for it. And, they have no way for someone to communicate their error.

I was totally at ease in working with Avast, the information needed was al at hand, not hard to find! They asked me all the questions I needed to answer in very clear & Pricse wording!
