AV Bristol suffered the slings and arrows of outrageous Internet fortune recently and were inundated with orders at a price which they couldn't possibly fulfil. They dealt with it in exemplary fashion, kept customers informed and offered the products at a the best discount available to them. In my case, the item arrived promptly, coupled with good communications from AV.
I have no doubt that they would be a great outfit to deal with for any AV products.

The AR earphones we ordered had been replaced with a new model and the shop phoned me to check if the new spec phones would be OK - and even delivered at the same price as the previous model.

I recommend buying this site. I live in Italy the shipping was fast and the goods arrived after 3 days.

I ordered my new speaker stands on a Sunday. They shipped by DHL from Bristol to Gatwick to Brussels to Turku to Helsinki to Järvenpää and arrived at my front door on Wednesday. Fantastic service!

What can I say but amazingly quick to the other side of the world. A pleasure to deal with.

I bought a Marantz PM KI Pearl Lite Amp and they shipped it half way around the world to New Zealand. Amp was excellently packaged and arrived in less than a week safe and sound.

Ordered on Sundaz arrived on Wednesday (in Germany!) great fast service.
Products as expected - one had only UK power cable, when I asked for a replacement with European this was handled again very fast and easy.

After stumbling across an item that was selling for £10 less on AV Bristol, I managed to get another £40 off from a coupon code, bringing my total costs to below £100 that of the RRP with included delivery. The only problems that I did have were with the delivery, as their chosen Courier (Parcel Force) decided to not leave a calling card when I missed the delivery in the morning. I ended up having to call BristolAV about it. I was pleased to notice that it wasn't an expensive 0845 number, and one of their staff gave me the location of the parcel, the tracking ID and the phone number of the warehouse the package was located in, which was very helpful indeed. After calling Parcel Force and pestering them I found out that my parcel had been dropped off at my "local" post office, so I had the pleasure of lugging a 15kg subwoofer through the centre of town the next day. If they had perhaps used a courier such as DPD I doubt the same problems would have occurred, but hey, it's a free delivery and probably an isolated incident.

I ordered a pair of Wharfedale Anniversary speakers at quite a good price and they arrived very swiftly a few days later . They sound lovely and as j say the whole experience was rather splendid.

I order my Subwoofer late on the Thursday. They very soon called to advise that the black one wasn't available and had to be ordered in so my order would be one day delayed.
I scheduled for it to be delivered before 12pm and on the Tuesday following the Thursday, it arrived as promised.
Very happy with the service. I also called them to ask about the connection to my stereo system and they advised me which was very useful
