Purchased an Acoustic Energy 301 and 307, along with a Wharfedale Powercube SPC-10 woofer.

Jake and Nik were were so wonderful in their communication and follow up, giving the technical advice that I much needed, and providing me a package for my cables.

I received my speakers much faster than expected! The 3 huge carton boxes were dispatched as soon as I gave confirmation on the lengths of cables to be cut.
I was so relieved to find "fragile/breakable items" labels pasted conspicuously on all the cartons, especially knowing that they're coming to Singapore all the way from across the globe.

Purchasing equipment online can sometimes feel a little scary, but with the excellent level of service at AV Bristol, I felt much more at ease and comfortable!

Amp dispatched same day as requested, packaged properly (valve amp, very delicate) and 4 day delivery to Belgium. No qualms at all, well done AV Bristol.

The only small reservation is the fact the email communication is somewhat slow. Maybe they are too busy but it's difficult to have a quick reply.
Otherwise, it's a good company where I would be happy to order again.

Purchase of a Fatman Carbon Trinity, an inexpensive ipod tube amplifier and after reviewing this model on the net decided to purchase one.
I chose AV Bristol basically on the competitive price they quoted for this unit on ebay and secondly the better price listed on their web-site if I collected it from their showroom.
Well, I parked in the High Street and was pleasantly surprised by the shop front and more so Nick who greeted me in timely fashion without that desperate to sell look you encounter on many sales staffs faces. I enquired about the Fatman Trinity and was guided to where the unit was sitting on the display, and confirmation as to its performance was given. I also enquired about alternatives and was shown other makes and models on display and felt very comfortable about making my own decision on my possible purchase which was great.
I made my purchase and two/three days later I am in a word "delighted" with the whole experience. I would like to thank AV Bristol for being part of this, as it should be a pleasure to recommend a product as well as the service you receive from an outlet supplying it.
As for the Fatman Carbon Trinity what a little box of audio greatness this is, I hooked up my ipod 5th generation to it through one of those Chinese "Lightning audio supported connects" and whilst the remote is very limited as to its functionality this is down to the hookup method and not due to the Fatman the sound reproduction though not blisteringly loud was good/loud enough, My Sony CD player linked directly into the RCA ports to RCA ports is an absolute sound revelation as is my turntable which is hooked up through my existing Yamaha integrated phono amp via the tape out with a RCA to a 3.5mm jack conversion cable, all sorted and all superb.

Bargain prices for quality products. Fantastic service. Rapid delivery and absolutely delighted with AV Bristol. I've already bought 2 pairs of Wharfedale speakers from them and will be using them again. BTW I live in Germany and the delivery costs were very reasonable and highly efficient.
