The deciding factor was that I no delivery fee need to pay. It was easy to order. The delivery was fast. Ordered Thursday and Monday received.

These guys are awesome. I have quite a big order from them and i live in Australia. I was nervous a bit at the start but man they deliver on time and they assist you with any querries without the arrogancy of the pricks down under (who thinks they know it all in terms of audio).

They alse very honest as they told me that one of the speaker would be mid february and that order was made in Mid january. I happened to change my order of speaker and order something else. The refund was like within 1 hour and we negotiated a new quote with discount etc.

These people must stay in business as this is why i will recommend all my friends down under these guys.

I ordered on Monday and received on Friday, considering the order crossed the Atlantic and the breadth of Canada, cleared customs and arrived at my home on Haida Gwaii before dinner Friday I am astounded! We usually can't get mail from Vancouver in that time. Every thing arrived safe and sound thanks to the excellent packing and I could not be happier. Well done AV Bristol, well done indeed!

I ordered Wharfedale DX-1 HCP system to Finland. I got a call from bristol, in which they confirmed my order and the colour of the speakers. This I appreciated, making sure that customer gets the product he/she wants. Product was sent by DHL and I got a tracking code. Product came in a week and was what it should have been.

They didn't deliver right colour of Item (subwoofer) I ordered. And I did choose right colour and also on delivery paper is wriiten right colour. But item in packet was different one.
