I ordered a NAD 557 blu-ray player.It was delivered within 2 days and taking into account the fact that I'm living in Amsterdam, that SUPER SERVICE.

Av Bristol were fantastic , when I contacted them to ask some advise on a product the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and helped me pick the best item before a brought it, delivery was 24 hours as stated which was great, I would definitely recommend them.

Whilst looking for a set of new speakers online I stumbled across "AV Bristol" on Amazon, I was after some Wharfedale Floorstanding Speakers and was astonished at the selection AV Bristol had. I decided to buy a pair of Wharfedale Amber 20.4 Floorstanding Speakers which at the time were better than half price, Soon after placing my order, Jake, from AV Bristol phoned to confirm delivery date and time, as I was fairly local to the store personal delivery was arranged, meaning I didn't have to stay in all day waiting for a Parcel Force delivery, I was able to name the day and time convenient to myself. Before delivery I decided to add another set of speakers to my order and was pleased to find out that delivery would not be delayed at all. Because of the price and the service I would highly recommend AV Bristol to anybody. I am now minutes away from adding a Wharfedale Subwoofer to my collection ...........


Ok, so I went on to order two Wharfedale Subwoofers from AV Bristol, one wroked perfectly but the other "buzzed" whenever it was turned on. I contacted AV Bristol and they immediately agreed to replace the faulty subwoofer and, as I am local to the store I was able to name a day and time convenient to me. The new subwoofer duly arrived and Luke (AV Bristol employee) explained they had tested the subwoofer and it was working without fault,
My 7.2 surround sound is now set up perfectly .............. I do like the look of the Wharfedale DFS Speakers though and my centre speaker could always be updated so more shopping may have to be done!

I purchased a a pair of Mission 790se speakers. The dispatch email I received from parcel force quoted a completely wrong delivery address and name. I phoned av Bristol and the person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful , he confirmed my address and assured me it must have been an error with Royal Mail. The speakers arrived the next day without any problem.

I ordered a subwoofer off AV Bristol's website on Jan 7. It was indicated as in stock, and my credit card was debited immediately. However, there was no confirmation of delivery (despite the advertised "order by 2pm for free next day delivery"). Only when I contacted AV Bristol was I informed that in fact the speakers were out of stock. Subwoofer eventually arrived on Jan 24.

(Update in response to Jake's feedback):
I think we need to conclude that communication could be improved as this is the first time I have been informed of a refund on my next order. Also I had to keep emailing for an update, there was no proactive communication until delivery arrangements were made, and even then it was not dispatched until a day later than anticipated. Sorry, but it could have been a much better experience.

Delivery was much faster than expected and the price was the best I could find anywhere

Some small scratches/damaged on top of the marantz amplifer and the sealed box had been opened. This is the problem when you order from another country: Too much of a mess to send it back because of minor faults.
Later very good response/feedback though makes me as satisfied as one can be.

the attached power cord/ adpter is wrong and also my cd player is scratched by attachted adpter.

Prices were really good, online ordering was fast and simple. Would have rated 5 star except for a delivery confusion between AV Bristol and Parcelforce meant that I had to wait two extra days for my goods and drive 9 miles to pick them up.

I placed my order on december 31st, it was processed january 2nd and delivered january 7th. Add to the fast shipping that the product purchased was almost half the price of the listings in my local shop.

I wouldn't hesitate placing another order with AVBristol.

I ordered some speakers, one of them was faulty, they sent another to me straight away and on a Saturday and then colllect the damaged one on Monday. I was very impressed they went out of the way to get another one to me without being able to take the damaged one back (due to courier not taking collections on sat).

I purchased some stereo speakers from them, my chats with them, the email comms, the packaging & the prices were all top drawer AAA+++ Would buy from them again in a heartbeat!

This company went the extra mile to sort any issues that were out of their control. I'll be using them again for anything I need in regards to AV from now on. Prices are rock bottom and no service is sacrificed delivering products at these prices. No cheesy sales people in cheap suits trying to rip you off just cheap prices and first class service. Order from these guys and you wont regret it. Thanks Jake and the lovely lady on the phone. I'll be back from a centre speaker soon!

I've been after a pair of the highly rated Q Acoustics bookshelf speakers for some time but the prices here in Oz are prohibitively expensive. The staff at AV Bristol responded very quickly to my questions and I received the speakers within 3 days of placing my order during the busy Christmas period. Excellent service that led to me going back for a centre speaker the following week.

Ordered new speakers on Boxing Day Sale, fantastic price, promptly dispatched but an error with the delivery company held them up, cosmetic damage to one of the speakers promted a phone call to Jake in customer sevices, was a pleasure to deal with and he ensured i got replacement set of speakers delivered as promptly as possible, This is my 2nd purchace from AV Bristol and i would definitly recommend them. Number 1 on my list for future AV upgrades
