Recently placed an order for wharfedale diamond 10cm centre speaker which was priced the most competitively on the web. I ordered through their website which was quick & easy. Within 48 hrs I was in possession of my new speaker which unfortunately had a manufacturing fault causing splintering of the gloss black baffle. After a phone call & photo emailed to AVBristol a return collection for damaged unit was promptly organised by employee Jake,followed by a delivery of a new unit,again,within 48hrs. I'm currently in the process of further purchasing a pair of 10.1's in wenge to compliment my centre speaker from AVBristol as I have found them to be pleasurable to deal with.

I first found the Wharfdale sub speaker on A V Bristol EBay shop.
I then went to their online web store and found it very easy to explore.
The speaker was available in two finishes so I phoned the shop for an update.
The salesman who answered was very polite and professional.
He then informed me of the delivery date.
The online order form was easy to complete and even asked for which hour of day
for delivery. Parcel Force delivered safely and on time.
I am very pleased with the product which is built to a very high standard.
So for my first order from this company I can highly recommend them.

I ordered a pair of bookshelf speakers I'd wanted for a couple of years and which had been greatly reduced choosingthe free delivery option. I was contacted the next day to say the delivery date was not available and offered a 'before 9am' paid delivery slot for free.

Could not be more straightforward and helpful to deal with, website is easy to use, truly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
