I ordered my wharfedale 10.2's and speaker stands on the Thursday night, they were in Sydney in three days. Awesome quick service, the quality of product, the 10.2's and their stands, cannot fault anything.
My only downfall was the Australia Post side of the transaction, but this has nothing to do with the seller.
I'd definitely recommend them and I'd certainly buy from this seller again.

Having bought a centre speaker, from AV Bristol,the service they gave was very good.Letting me know what was happening all the time,meant I was not left in the dark.So for price and service,look on their site.

I was purchasing a Denon player with Wharfedale speakers. The delivery was returned to AV Bristol by a courier as damaged.
They proposed me fair options to further handle the purchase and after a week without progress with the delivery we agreed on a full refund. I appreciate open a fair attitude.
Delivery status notification (initial sending) could be improved and one mail was "lost" on the way (could have been on either side).

I recently purchased a wharfedale soundbar from AV Bristol & it arrived the next day & in perfect condition, absolutely excellent service & i would recommend AV Bristol to anyone who is after audio equipment & a very fast reliable service....

Everything is expensive in Norway. From AV Bristol I got a Denon DCD-M38 DAB at half price compared to Norwegian shops. As Norway is outside the EU, it was great to see that UK VAT was automatically removed. I have to pay norwegian VAT anyway.

My order was quickly expedited and the product arrived safely.
But really, I think you should evaluate a shop on how they respond when things go wrong. Which is hard when everything was perfect :-)
