Our trip to Brazil and Argentina was perfect. Everything was well planned and Charles was so attentive to our goals for the trip. Charles was great to work with, and the tour guides and drivers in Rio and Buenos Aires were nice, so knowledgeable, funny.... We loved everything about our trip.

Leandro planned my trip to the Amazon rainforest (Brazil) in a very meticulous and swift manner. He was flexible in catering to my personal specifications. The itinerary he prepared provides a deep sense of security and reliability.

Excellent trip. Well balanced between cities (Rio), colonial (Parati) and nature (Amazon and the Pantanal), Drivers and guides were present all the time; we were picked up from airports; accommodations were excellent and service very good. Charles of Aventura do Brazil did an excellent job and we highly recomment them.

I had to make a last minute travel plan for my son to travel to Brazil because a planned vacation was cancelled by the company 2 weeks prior to departure. Because my son would be traveling alone I needed to make sure that all arrangements were made for hotels, excursions, and transportation pick-up to and from the airports. I selected Aventura do Brasil because they advertised customized tours. My son had specific days for his vacation that could not be changed. I was able to speak to one of the travel agents, Charles Seer. He helped me put together a tour itinerary for my son with planned excursions for his stays in the Amazon and in Rio within the dates that my son had scheduled for his vacation. He was very knowledgable about Brazil. He advised me on flights to the Amazon from Rio so that I could schedule flights. All of the travel plans were arranged online with him within a few days. He was very informative and went out of his way to answer all of my questions and concerns. During my son's travel I contacted Charles to insure that everything was going as planned with my son's travel plans. Charles took the time to answer all of my emails promptly which was very reassuring. Brandon received his travel itinerary with emergency contact information for when he was traveling in Brazil. My son had a wonderful trip. He was able to do so much in the time that he had in the Amazon and in Rio. He was provided English speaking guides. I would highly recommend Aventura do Brasil if you are planning a trip to South America. I was surprised at how reasonable the cost of the trip was. I cannot thank Charles Seer for his excellent service. I will use this travel agency again for planning any future travel to South America.

We had a great trip! Leandro put together a wonderful trip that was exactly what we wanted! We were threre for 21 days. Everything was perfect from beginning to end.

First, I need to say that Leandro is a really good manager. The schedule is perfect to experience each city. Second, every guide in the whole trip is very professional to arrange the schedule and also provide a lot of information for each place. Especially during the transfer from Manaus to Amazon, the arrangement is perfect. We really enjoyed the whole trip, both the culture, adventure and the local food. Thank you again Leandro and every guide!!

It was an absolute pleasure to choose Aventura do Brasil to organise our trip to the Amazon rainforest (5 days / 4 nights at the Turtle Lodge). We booked our Amazon trip with Charles Seel - he was so helpful, knowledgeable and responsive! I'm so glad that we booked with Charles as it was a smooth process from start to finish. He was also kind enough to send recommendations for our stay in Rio de Janeiro as he knows the city very well! I'd highly recommend this travel agency for convenience, expertise and high-quality.
P.S. We paid using the Stripe option and had no issues what so ever as UK citizens without a Brazilian bank account - it was all plain sailing!

Aventura do Brasil is a fantastic company. From the start of the planning to the follow-up at the end, our agent, Sandro, was thorough, timely, and he really listened to what we wanted. Our ideal trip wasn't the typical tourist holiday (a survival tour and an adventure cruise)- and while other travel agencies tried to talk us into things we didn't want to do, Sandro put together the perfect package.

It was truly a trip-of-a-lifetime, and it was extremely challenging as well as rewarding. Everything ran seamlessly- our drivers were prompt; our guides were fantastic; and we didn't experience any situations during which we felt in danger, confused, or frustrated. There were no delays nor abrupt changes in plans.

We spent three weeks as a family on a trip planned by Lars from Aventura do Brasil. Lars was super nice and patiently adapted the itinerary according to all our wishes. On the trip, everything went super smoothly and was very well organized. We felt very comfortable and secure all the time. What made the trip so special and unforgettable though, were the local guides, that made us truly get to know and enjoy the places we visited. We learned and laughed a lot with them.

Leandro was very helpful in helping us to plan our trip to Pantanal. He is very quick to respond to our emails and answer our requests or questions. He is very flexible, even though we had to cancel our initial plan and postpone to a new date, he was great at making the arrangements with the tour and making that happen and making it very easy for us. In general, it was a great experience planning our trip with him.

Our Agent/Operator Charles S. was exceptionally skilled and enormously helpful in suggesting and then building for us an ideal custom itinerary of our first time visit to Brazil based upon our identified objectives, time and budget constraints. Charles S. expertly arranged and coordinated private guides, ground transport, lodging and tours at each location in conjunction with Trustpilot which arranged all domestic and international flghts. We visited 5 major areas on this tour of Brazil including Sao Paulo, Rio, Iguazu Falls, the Pantanal and Amazonia. Tours in each of these locales were seamlessly choreographed and executed with timely precision including pickup and dropoff at multiple airports, hotels, city tours, transport to/from remote lodges, and many, many nature tours. Local private guides at each location were uniformly prompt, diligent, helpful, very knowledgeable of their respective areas, very good English speakers, courteous and personable. In the Pantanal and Amazonia guides were proficient natualists. This service often entailed very early morning and/or late evening hours by our guides and other ground transport staff. All adventures proceded exactly according to plan and each were absolutely amazing! This, our first time tour of Brazil far exceded all expectations. To Charles S., Aventura do Brasil, our many colaborators, guides, hosts, handlers, aquaintances, drivers and friends we met along the way, we say OBRIGADO(A)!

My sister and I had a great trip to Brazil this summer, mostly thanks to the organisation of Aventura do Brasil and above all, our personal travel agent Jessica! Jessica didn't just help us with accommodations and private transfers, but also gave us helpful trip advise on best destinations during the Brazilian winter and how to travel safe in this beautiful country. Also she understood perfectly what kind of trip we wanted to experience based on our budget. We had a blast and we couldn't have the same experience without her guidance and support. She always answered to our many questions in no time and she was always kind and nice. Totally recommended!

Within a day of contacting him via the Aventura do Brasil website we set up a time to talk and discuss our travel plans. He got all the special requests, needs and facts straight immediately and thoughtfully planned an amazing itinerary. His emails and discussions on the phone or zoom contained lots of extra, helpful advice and tips about traveling in Brazil. What made my experience great with working with Aventura do Brazil was that our agent Charles provided us with top tier customer service (A++) by being very responsive and communicated things with us very constantly. Charles was able to help finalize our package in the given timeline while giving detailed updates. Charles worked really hard to keep our trip budget friendly and actually beat our budget by a large margin. This really impressed us! I love that Charles gave us personal and honest recommendations on restaurants in and around the area that we were staying at. Something he did that was extremely helpful was he provided examples of packages that he had created for other past clients and this helped us build our own personalized package for our trip based on the things we wanted to do. The payment process was well explained and simple to follow. I highly recommend working with Charles and his team if planning a trip to Brazil.
