Delayed Flight claim
Fairly easy to use web site, I was worried that the claim would not be a balanced review but that was not the case and my claim, which had been rejected for delayed flight had the right outcome even though it took several months to secure.
A positive and straightforward process
I had a really positive experience using Aviation ADR. The claim portal was straightforward, easy to navigate, and everything was clearly explained at each stage. I received regular updates throughout the process, which gave me confidence that my case was being actively handled.
Most importantly, I genuinely felt that they were acting on my behalf and pushing things forward. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I was pleased that payment was successfully received in the end.

Brilliant experience with this company. Great communication through messages when making a claim. It took a while to receive the delayed claim from Ryanair, but I got full compensation. I’m recommending using AviationADR to everyone. I see people leaving bad reviews, but what matters is not missing deadlines at each step when working with ADR. I missed one and had to redo my claim. But that was my own mistake. I got 1300€ for the delayed flight for 6 people. Thanks ADR! Great success

A Sham Organisation Masquerading as a Dispute Resolution Service
This organisationn/entity/company or whatever it is, is a sham and likely marking the homework of its members who pay for it. Despite submitting a robust claim against Ryanair and submitting evidence in support, Aviation ADR said I hadn’t provided any evidence! It operates very like POPLA which supposedly regulates the practices of private parking companies but rarely finds them at fault.
In a similar way, Aviation ADR finds in favour of Ryanair regardless of the evidence or case. This is not an independent regulator in any sense, and as such is a sham and a waste of time that should not be allowed to exist.

INCREDIBLE! I can’t speak highly enough of Aviation ADR. After having a flight cancelled merely a few hours before takeoff, I was left stressed and bewildered as to how much this was going to cost me to resolve. After the fact, the said airline displayed terrible customer service, barred me from exercising my statutory rights, and all in all left me frightened that I lost a lot of money due to no fault of my own. As such I thought I would have a legal battle on my hands to recover costs. By some sheer luck I came across Aviation ADR, and the whole process was seamless. It was very comforting to know that professionals were on the case and with no cost to me, and they did nothing but a fantastic job. They alleviated what would’ve become a very stressful period in my life and for that I am grateful. I received the compensation I was owed and reimbursed my expenses in just under a few months. Unsuccessful due to their poor process
I followed all their instructions, uploaded all the requested evidence in the format they requested. They then made an assumption in their determination due to lack of information they never asked for, then when I provided the information - said they cannot reconsider as it did not meet their process rules to reconsider. So despite me being correct and them having the evidence shown to them that the airline is liable, they are refusing to consider it. It is very frustrating considering the amount time spent on this and money lost to terrible service by the airline.

ADR helped me successfully obtained compensation from KLM, even after my initial rejection from KLM, which I did make the claim directly through KLM website, KLM didn’t bother to investigate my case thoroughly. Just told me that it wasn’t their fault.
Although it took a few months to solve my dispute, I totally understand. Investigation, dealing with Airlines the whole process takes time.

Aviation ADR ruled that Ryan Air had to pay me back. After some days, they closed my case. The time frame for Ryanair t make the payment has passed and I still haven't received it. The 'payment' tab where I could report that I haven't received the payment is no longer showing on my account. I messaged Aviation ADR to let them know I haven't received the payment but they never got back to me. I am beyond disappointed.
