I would like to say a huge thank you to both Ian in sales & Martin the delivery driver.
Unfortunately the van Martin was using broke down yesterday and it looked like my urgent delivery would not be until today, however Ian organised for the van to be unloaded and the stock put into another van so Martin could deliver the stock for about 4.30pm yesterday! Even at that late time Martin was happy, helpful & nothing was too much trouble for him, such a rare thing nowadays!!

Never knew such a gem existed right on my door step in Watford. Right from when I made first contact, I have experienced nothing but excellent service. Efficient, friendly, and helpful service from staff. Collected my order from the warehouse, and they could apologise enough for the slight delay. Well definitely use them again and again and again.

We made an order online and received everything two days late, without any issues. Great stock of professional grade cleaning products and excellent communication. Totally recommended.

I would like to rate my whole experience with Avica as they have been one of our company's suppliers since 2014. One strengths of this company is: they deliver in time, very reliable service. They do refunds and collect goods free of charge which is a bonus if you ordered the wrong stuff or you don't need it anymore. There is always someone at the end of your call more or less knowledgeable but you get someone to speak with compared to online suppliers. They don't use an external delivery service as other suppliers do, they have their in house delivery drivers that will call you if anything. Their prices have gone up especially after the pandemic, however, in the long run reliability versus cost won, at least for us.
