Customer services are amazing , had stuff sent out to France which had to get through customs and customer services were great . I’ve now bought another Ultrastream for our place in Frabce as the water is very chlorinated . Amazing product and easy to transport the filter between houses as long as you have the right kind of tap .

Great Company - Fantastic service! I have a number of items on subscription with Avocado Ninja - after a blip with one of their suppliers, they kept me fully updated and shipped my order with the greatest of efficacy.

I've been purchasing with Avacado Ninja for many years. I have always found their service very helpful, and they answer my questions about products patiently (whilst I ponder). I've been using my water filter jug for many years and feel its a great purchase for our family and our needs thus far.

Been using Avocado Ninja now for 4/5 years and got to say, the quality of service and products has been fantastic! Communication is brilliant with emails responded to the same if not the next day.

Avocado Ninja are my No1 company for bio-hacking advice and products. If I have a question they always answer promptly and if they don't know the answer, they find out and get back to me. Their products are well researched and in my experience they can really be life-enhancing. My top 4 products are Methylene Blue, Alkaline Greens, Wheatgrass shots and broccoli sprout shots - these all make a big difference to my energy and focus. Over the 10 years that I've been using this company, on the rare occasion they've had a supply or order issue, they have sorted things out promptly with great customer service. Avocado Ninja are one of the few companies I really trust. I rate them very highly.

First of all not only do I love this water jug but the customer service I have experienced over the years makes things so easy for me. When the timer stopped working they sent me a new one right away, things like that. The jug itself is a lifesaver. In the past I used it for travel and use it for hotel rooms. No more lugging in gallons of water for my vacations. All I had to bring was this light weight water jug and use the tap water wherever I go. Then when I stopped traveling and built an airbnb cottage on my property I put it in there with a little info about it so guests can see how powerful it is and save money on gallons of water from the supermarket. Saves plastic too! And I love that. The water tastes great coming out of it. I've never had it tested but I am very intuitive and my body tells me its good water. Also, it's been about 10 years and no issues. I change the filter when the timer tells me too and it's so easy!! Thanks Avocado Ninja for creating such a wonderful device.

I don’t know what’s happened to this company. I’ve been using them for years and they were fine but that’s changed for the worse suddenly.
I put in an order 2 whole months ago and still haven’t received it, despite chasing them many times. Delay tactic after (obvious) delay tactic. Initially they were out of stock. After a month they said I should be checking with the post office and my neighbours for my delivery. Then when I asked them to provide a tracking number there wasn’t one applied on their system (Tip: Rotal Mail provides them). They’re full of bluster, fibs and deflection but they’re clearly taking us for a mug.

HUGE disappointment after what this brand stood for years ago. Still no products or refund after 2 months. So unprofessional.

Had to delete the last review, I thought they are going to solve my query. I am still begging every other day to send me a label so i can return the jug for a refund as I didn’t use it. BUT NO RESPONSE AT ALL. No email replies, no WhatsApp replies. Took money for subscription and not giving it back.

Unbelievable service and products. The broccoli sprout juice has helped me with my illness with cancer and me son's autism.

Holly helped me with a missing delivery and was very kind to replace the item. Very pleasant and outstanding customer service, looking forward to ordering from them again in the future.

Really impressed with the water jug. Looks nice, sturdy, holds a decent amount of water, filters the water quickly compared to my previous jugs by other brands and the first one to actually fit inside my fridge door drinks compartment whilst not taking up valuable fridge space. And it was pretty much given away for free on a trial basis so I will definitely be buying filters moving forward to support the company.

I am absolutely in love with the Ninja Jug Advanced Water System! The best features are that the filter lasts a solid three months, the water drips through quickly, and most importantly, it tastes amazing! I've been using the Ninja Jug and Ninja Jug Filters since 2016 and I've never experienced any issues with the Ninja Jug or the Ninja Jug Filters. The customer service/support team are very helpful. I highly recommend this company and their products.
