GREAT IDEA, BADLY MERCHANDISED
First impressions are misleading with this product.
Ordered a roller fly screen in white to be cut to size.
The powder coating finish is so thin, loose metal filings are prone to scratch the surface during cutting.
The supplied screws are cheap and heads are easily prone to being chewed, used my own fixings in the end with much better results.
Fitting instructions are abysmally inaccurate and over simplified and omit essential measuring details regarding the head section and provision for the removed end cap.
The idea is brilliant but grossly let down by certain quality issues and extremely sparce fitting instructions.
Soloutions might be to have a protective plastic removable film to protect the finish until after cutting, better quality fixing kits and most of all, accurate and precise instructions!

AVOID ... SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE
Initially the response from them when I had a problem was excellent. I thought I had the problem solved. But no I didn't it was far too easy. I ordered louvre blinds and selected a colour and received totally the wrong colour. Now their excuse is that the colour I selected online from the photos is the colour of the ones no longer in stock. I ordered beige with white pattern to it, and a white rail so I expected beige/white with white weights white chains. I received grey louvres grey chain and grey weights. Now they are offering a 20% discount on any future orders. I don't want the one I have ... NOT impressed go elsewhere.
