Tip-top service
I ordered two audio cabling items that needed to work together. One was "a "discontinued" item, but Ellie called me, found exactly what I needed, recommended a substitution (at lower cost), and arranged for it all to be delivered super-quickly, with partial refund. That's tip-top service.

What's not to like?
I was recommended to use AV Partsmaster by an ex-colleague from a previous employment.I was put in touch with Jordan who dealt with our enquiry promptly and understood our requirements well. He arranged a demo screen for us to test and when we were ready to place the order he arranged next day delivery.
What is not to like? If only buying this was always this easy!

Excellent customer service…
Ordered at 16:05 just after cut off for next day delivery, but really needed part. Used ‘chat’ on website and was informed part was in stock and dispatch team would contact me. To my surprise phone rings and dispatch team say they were working on getting packaged on to van, 15 mins later second call to say next day delivery was confirmed. Excellent service!
