The Basingstoke staff were very helpful, especially molly? (Name form the email address) my delivery was swift and the driver was spot on in helping me get the items to a suitable location, above and beyond a normal kerbside delivery. Highly recommended, easy to use online or in the store, will definitely be back

Really helpful staff and delivery drivers at the Basingstoke branch. Delivery was on time, stock delivered was in perfect condition (not like other companies that try their luck and send damaged goods)

Basingstoke Building Supplies (AVS Fencing) is a really good company to order supplies from until you have a problem with the order and need to contact costumer services.
I tried to email them about 4 times about my damaged order and nobody got back to me.
I would definitely Not recommend this company

Was not aware I could get the gravel I needed locally
until I found Avs fencing.
Went to them this morning and ordered from a very helpful lady. Could hardly believe my eyes when the gravel arrived same afternoon. Perfect gravel.
Very friendly and efficient delivery.

Bought on line Saturday evening, was about to ring Monday to warn that I have limited access and he was already on my drive. Very professional and helpful driver . Brilliant company to buy from.

AVS at Herriard are going to be my ‘go to’ for help with timber and stone, fencing and wood treatment. I’m not a big customer, I’m just a member of the public who doesn’t spend that much, but I do appreciate polite, helpful service and approach. Their delivery guys are superb - on time, courtesies and respectful.
(And I’m the guy who doesn’t really leave reviews an unless I really mean it).
