Quick and easy transaction and collection, very helpful.

Ordering and delivery experience was good, but I was a bit disappointed by the very rough condition of some of the panels. Also, very strangely, one vertical piece was missing from one of the panels. I emailed AVS about this but had no reply. Fortunately, I needed to cannibalise one of the panels for smaller pieces, so I managed with the faulty panel.

Fence panel seems decent enough. Marking down though for poor delivery service. Delivery was later than expected. I had to call twice to organise and in second instance was given no reason or apology for why the planned delivery did not arrive.

A bit disappointed because fairly simple order was days late and we had to chase twice. Lady was helpful on the phone when we chased. Delivery guys were good.

Quality fence panel's, delivered on time and a good price. I couldn't ask for a better service.

Fantastic prices for a premium product a lot cheaper than else where and free delivery too. The people at the Basingstoke branch are extremely helpful in sourcing the right sized boards for my needs. Would definitely be my first thought when another garden project crops up

Products are solid, functional and the only part of my fencing that withstood the recent storms were the panels and posts I fitted last year using AVS Fencing products (Concrete Posts, Concrete Gravel Boards and Closed Board Fence Panels).
