Arrived when they said. Lovely delivery man. Great communication.

Ordered online and went to collect, only to be told that they didn’t stock the decking boards I’d ordered and that it was delivery only…ended up getting different size boards to what I ordered and they were damaged.
Not great.

Great stock levels in my local branch meant it was simple and easy to pick the item up (coredge) and carry on with the landscaping job I had started.

Quick, reliable service. Was emailed by company to let me know what day they were delivering. Driver was polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Generally I found the service to be good and the website useful for checking stock. The only odd thing was I placed a click and collect order thinking that would be the speediest way of getting the goods. When I got there I still had to get a printout of the order and get someone in the yard to pick the individual items. Wasn't a major problem but I was using click and collect to ensure the stock was reserved which it obviously wasn't.

Great service arrived on time good communication, staff very helpful ,will definitely use them again.

Ordered a fence panel on line in the morning, and, unbelievably, it was delivered that afternoon, incredible service, well done, thank you.

I phoned the company with an order query which was dealt with very professionally by a very helpful person who queried why I had ordered green wood panels and brown everything else. I had ordered the green panels by mistake and was able to change them to brown without any difficulty.
