Good website. Purchase was easy. Communication wasn’t great as no notice as to when it was coming and no reply to an enquiry but they know what they are doing and just did it. No need for fuss. Good product. Looks great.

Great price and product
Great price and product. Delivery driver very helpful but would recommend a text/call/email day before to let you know the delivery is arriving as it turned up unannounced. Fortunately I was in but could of been a different story.

Used click and collect service. AVS Easy to find . All staff very helpful , counter and yard , ( mention new member of staff who even though had only worked there for two days was polite and couldn't do enough to help ! ) .

The reason they got three star and not…
The reason they got three star and not one is the delivery driver was fantastic but the office staff were totally disorganised and not very good at there jobs. Reason behind it: ordered sleepers on line received email stating five to seven day delivery, a week later I called them to be told delivery booked in the next afternoon which they apologised for not informing me early. Next day waited all afternoon no delivery called them at 16:45 to be told they hadn’t managed to do the delivery and it was still in the yard for the next day which I complained and explained they could have called me, the lady promise to call me the next day with compensation for the waste of time, did I get the call. NO. If you would like to call me please free to discuss it would gladly talk to you, but can I say thank you to the driver I would recommend him, helpful, polite, and hands on.

Very friendly and helpful when ordering timber and topsoil. Delivery guy super helpful and suggested a better place to drop things off to which I hadn’t thought would be possible to get to.
