However, there are inconsistencies in delivery reliability and customer service, as experienced with delayed orders and poor communication. While the product range is impressive and the website is easy to navigate, these issues overshadow the overall experience.

AVS fencing Ferring - what a shambles! Order two items and given a deliver date. Then on day nothing arrived and when rang was told my items wouldn’t be coming - they hadn’t even arrived. Then I was told they weren’t sure when deliver would be. Terrible customer service - the staff are a joke! So I cancelled order - I will buy products elsewhere

A* for AVS
I was impressed by the range of landscaping materials, not just fencing, on display in the well organised yard and showroom. The staff were cheerful and ready to help, with expert advice and loading items into my car. It was obvious that this was a happy team. Subsequent deliveries were on time, and driver Ed insisted on carrying a large order to my garage and stacking it neatly, which was not necessary. (I am 80+ but not decrepit).

Highly recommend
From the moment we walked into AVS shop we felt we were walking into a family home. I had a very painful leg injury and was offered a seat to ease my discomfort straight away. From then on we were helped with buying sleeper advice on choosing our uprights ( height size etc ) then our batons. The price was very reasonable. The delivery was another 10/10. We were asked where we’d like the wood put by a very helpful delivery man Ed who really couldn’t do enough for us. We returned this week for our stones to fill our steps and again great service. Even helped my husband to carry our four bags to our car. Even had a wave and a chat from Ed as he’d remembered us.Cannot recommend this company enough. You certainly won’t be disappointed with your experience with them.
