Very helpful and friendly staff on site, my only slight criticism was that I was expecting an email to say my order was ready to collect but received nothing after the initial confirmation. Would highly recommend though, thank you.

Where do I start
Where do I start. Walked in explained I need to paint A fence. Explain to the lady. It was probably about the size of a shop. Which she Took me in the direction To a product That was coming out of sell she reassured me there was loads left if II need more to come back. Halfway through doing my fence panels I realised I needed more. I called the shop as I was told to do. To be told sorry there no more... When I expressed I explained to the lady I need to paint Offence the same size as the shop she told me there was more Thete could do. Apparently the best I could do was go to brewers as they still sell the product. What a joke I will never support a small business again. I would like someone from head office to email back. As you can imagine I have half a fence painted.

I have spoken to the branch - you purchased the last three cans of a fence stain in a clearly marked clearance offer at a very low price.
When you requested to purchase more of the stain the branch explained that it no longer stocks that product but took the trouble to source another supplier for you and forwarded you all the contact details. Unfortunately, this supplier could not match our clearance price. I am glad we we were able to help you source the product and I hope that you have now completed your fence.

The delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful. He had to wait for me to arrive at the delivery site and he was very cheerful and polite. He unloaded all the wood where I wanted it. Very pleased with the wood and the service
