Online ordering was easy but delivery then had to be arranged as the trellis panels were too large to fit in my car. Sorted with ease and delivered a couple of days later. Trellis was very good and sturdy. Overall very impressive.

The durapost section of the website could use a review as there is no datasheet, hard to find the size of the composite panels.

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff and the guys made a brilliant job of making the trellis panels, which look great.

Their customer services is first class. My fence panels etc were delivered on the day arranged. Unfortunately one of the panels was damaged but was exchanged very quickly.

An easy to navigate website, super helpful call centre that had no automated answering - just straight through to a person. Then interaction with my local branch was excellent - I was in touch with Jason Bailey from the Worthing Branch who sourced the items I needed and got them out exceptionally quickly. He was great with communicating to me what was going on with the d order and when to expect delivery, fitting in with my schedule. Then the delivery driver was friendly, helpful and fast.

All in all excellent service - and you were the cheapest! Thank you AVS!

AVS Fencing were superb and all the people we dealt with were helpful, polite with a lovely sense of humour. We knew the fence we wanted but they gave us fantastic help and advice in selecting the edging and supports we needed to fit them between our existing posts.
