Got the Bigger Carryon. Great suitcase - large but fits in most overhead bins. Rolls easily. Took a bit to get used to the hanging pocket but it helps close the suitcase and keep things intact. Great customer service when I had trouble with the locks. No complaints

I purchased a complete set of Away luggage in 2019. The shell of one of my bags cracked. I put a claim in online which included pictures and a video of the cracked bag. I was contacted by Away and they sent me a new bag pronto. Away a very stand up company. Their customer service rocks and I love their luggage.

My bigger carry-on in Asphalt was a gift from my husband many years ago, and Away assisted in finding the needed information required to submit a claim. Both handles were broken and after submitting photos I received repair kits that allowed me to perform the repairs.

I have a few Away pieces, and any issue I’ve had has been resolved with promptness. I have a Medium Aluminum suitcase that had a compression side anchor point break or come apart. Hard to tell since it is underneath the lining. I took a couple of pictures, described the issue, and in a weeks time I have a replacement suitcase delivered to my door. Can’t beat that for customer satisfaction.
