I’ve had the bigger carry on since 2021, travel at least 3/4 times a year. The inside compression clip broke and now they’re sending me a brand new luggage. I could not be happier that they’re taking care of me. Such a great company, you do get what you pay for.

Prompt response

What an absolutely fantastic company. I love your luggage. I was sad when two of my suitcases got a tear in the exact same spot from the metal structure underneath the material. I opened some warranty cases on the website and within a week I had new luggage. Your response time was exemplary and so is your customer service and product warranty. Really appreciate you.
