post arrived yesterday morning with my baby shower gifts, i can’t tell you how chuffed i am with them. the stork sachets and cloth lollipops are so, so, so… cute! i’m glad i noticed the baby shower gifts when my sister and i ordered her favors. there’s no way i would have found these anywhere else. chuffed to bits – thank you sooooo much. the service and delivery i received was quick and helpful as well. just wonderful thanks!

I placed an order on the 1st June 2010. I ordered one favour as I wanted to inspect the quality before purchasing a further 150. I stated this on an email to the company, along with a copy of my order confirmation. My wedding was on the 31st July 2010 and today’s date is the 12th September and I still have not received the item or a refund that has been promised. I am so glad I did not order the full quantity; I would have been very, very disappointed. Before the wedding as well as after I have contacted the supplier stating my concerns and no action has happened. The company lists a telephone number, however it does not work. The only way to contact this company is to email, you get an automated response stating they will be contact within 48 hours but do not. If they do, It is false promises. I have had emails stating order was despatched on the 12th July, we have had problems as that item has not been in stock, when usually it states that next to the product on the site, which it did not. Also, I will have a full refund within 3-5 working days. My account has still not been credited. It is an appalling service and no one planning a wedding should use this company. I loved the products but its not worth all the effort to try and get it from this company. My item was # 20039 "Apple of My Eye" Mini-Candle. Really fast delivery, good quality finish on the guest book, value for money – I can only recommend to others.

This is a very easy to use website and checkout. My parcel arrived within a few days. very happy with the items. I had previously ordered a few ‘test’ favors from various placed before comitting to a final choice and the quality is sooo much better than other websites selling similar items. i won't hesitate to recommend to friends.

Possibly the worst online shopping experience i have ever encountered. i ordered our favours off this site on the 6th May, our wedding was on the 19th June. Today is the 13th July and i have no favours or refund. They do not respond to emails and have no way of contact by phone. The only reason i know they are alive is because they have tried to remove my reveiw from another website. I repeat DO NOT USE. Your wedding should be full of joy not stress!

I spent £100 on this website and they took my money straight away but have never delivered the order!!! I am getting married next week and now have no favours!!! I have emailed them 3 times and although they send you an automated response telling you they will respond within 24 hours, they dont!!!! Then when you ring them, they tell you to email and PROMISE they will get back to you!!!! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! Trust me!!! I am so annoyed!

I ordered a bride and bridesmaid bag in early March - today is April 28th and still nothing. I am gutted. You cannot speak to them on the phone as the message tells you to email them - which you do and still no response. I have asked for updates and twice asked for a full refund but still hardly no response I got 2 emails - one saying order depatched the other tellng me they are held up because of the volcano ash cloud - make up your mind guys! For an occasion as importanct as your wedding please DO NOT use this company, they are disgusting at customer service - how do others rate them with 5 stars? beyond me! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD NOT WISH THEM ON ANYONE!

We were very happy with our order. Very high quality napkins printed in our names and in our wedding day and at a more than reasonable price, and actually the cheapest price I found for these. Delivery was on time and very happy with the service and have not hesitated to recommend to my friends getting married next year. Many thanks.

A fantastic website for something different for weddings, not just the tradtional. We ordered all of our favours from here and a few little things for my hen night. All arrived beautifully packaged and very quickly, even quicker than it said on the website.

Lovely quality goods. Had been looking for ages for a cake topper that incorporated football in some way for my fiancé and found the perfect topper on here. Arrived in a few days and it is really good quality. Should get a few smiles on the day. Will use them again nearer the time for favours.

I ordered items for my wedding in 2 weeks time which have been paid for but not delivered, no one answers the phone or replies to emails. I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service.

A lot of my friends are in the process of planning weddings and I will be advising thwm to avoid this company like the plague. Totally unacceptable.

The cake topper i ordered arrived the day after the wedding even though their email told me it would arrive in time. That was in May and i still have not had my money back! Have now contacted trading standads. They have no voice at the end of the phone and are ignoring my polite requests for my money. Avoid this company!!!!

I needed my favours in a rush. When my original colour choice was no longer available, I received an email from customer services and was given a lot of other choices. I actually ended up with the same candle in a different shade in the end. Found everything to be very user-friendly and a helpful service.

I bought all of our favours from the A Wedding less Ordinary site. The favours themselves were beautiful and looked like they cost much more than they actually did! The site is well laid out and impressive, delivery is fairly quick and a friendly service.

This site looks good, but thats it!
They don't respond to telephone calls, or should I say they don't respond to the answer phone messages as they NEVER answers the phone.
They don't respond to emails.
This leaves you with the feeling that they've taken your money and run.
Do yourself a wedding favour and AVOID THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!

Ordering online was very quick and easy. I had a few questions before ordering; I e-mailed customer service and received a response the same day. A very helpful and prompt service. My delivery was very quick and I was stunned by the quality of the items at such a good price. I am very impressed with the whole shopping experience with A Wedding Less Ordinary. I will definitely be ordering more items for my daughter’s wedding from them soon
