I can more than recommend this site. I purchased my candle favours (Tiffany style box with a candle inside) from A Wedding less ordinary for my wedding in March and everyone couldn't stop talking about them and for us, it was so nice to hear all of their compliments. The favours are all so beautiful I can't wait to be able to buy more things from them for my Son’s christening this summer

A Wedding Less Ordinary is just absolutely lovely to work with. I had so many questions and they answered them all very quickly which helped me make my decision. There is just so much choice, it was hard to pick but I am delighted with my favours and their caring and friendly advice was invaluable to me.

My order was sent out and arrived more quickly than I had anticipated as it was personalised and a custom order. Staff were all very friendly and a great help in advising me on my order. I found A Wedding Less Ordinary’s prices very reasonable and no high minimum order for personalisation which I have found to be common. Our personalised playing cards are such a fun gift for our guests and of high quality. A talking point over the reception tables for sure!

Excellent service. Prompt and helpful e-mails first answering my questions and then confirming my order. Order arrived, well packaged and on time and the items as good as they looked online. We have recommended A Wedding Less Ordinary to our group of friends.

used this site to order my daughters favors. They took my money straight away. No one replies to my emails. Cannot get through on the phone. No order as of todays date has arrived and very concerned that we won't receive them in time for the wedding. No option left now but to take this further.

I ordered some personalised lip balms from this company which say they can take 30 days to arrive due to personalisation and am delighted to say they have arrived on time. I contacted them to see how long it would take for my lip balms to arrive after placing the order and thankfully received a reply promptly to say they were on schedule. I then got an email yesterday to say my order was on its way!

They’re lovely and can't wait to hand these little gifts out on the day!

Stay away - still waiting on my order which hasn't arrived2 months later despite being adbised begiining of March I'd havethe following week... money's been taken and not response to phone calls, emails, order tracker....

The best site for wedding favours! I was not only impressed with the amount of favour ideas that a Wedding less ordinary have but I was also very impressed with prompt service and delivery. My fiancée and I ordered our favours on Tuesday afternoon and they were with us on Wednesday afternoon (the very next day!!), really well & beautifully packaged. We were so excited to receive the parcel and the favours exceeded our expectations. We ordered several things as there is just so much choice. I can recommend the Mini gumball machines (very cute!), the groom mints, and the long stem rose candles! I have been very happy with the service received from a wedding less ordinary and I can highly recommend them.
