Was well pleased when I saw the product I wanted at a price well below their competetors. Delivery charge very reasaonable too.

order process simple and easy and would have arrived promptly if ups had not somehow got the wrong address on the parcel -correct address with smiths of draycott fields farm but ups label said draycott house farm - which does exist and is same postcode- not sure who got that bit wrong
But when eventually received all fine

the website was clear and easy to use in order to find the trays we needed for a meat display cabinet. The order arrived the next day which was also brilliant.
