Bought f.dick brine pump,easily the best price and excellent delivery.

Throughout order process, they communicate with customer regarding any difficulties in supply.
Quick delivery. Well packaged goods.

Only one slight issue. Email says goods being processed ! That could mean anything, being made, paperwork done, sombodys read it etc. After contacting them now realise it means good out for delivery ! Why dont they say that? Make it simple dont try to be smart!

Found this company by searching the net for Virkan scrubbing brushes - their site is easy to use, ordering process was fine - goods came correctly, and quickly.

if you ever need any thing to do with butchers supplies, there really is only one place to go ! and that is Smiths ! every time !!!!!

I ran out of a few key supplies and smiths are not my usual sundries supplier but i found the over night courier service fantastic. I found them slightly more expensive than my usual supplier but the service far out weighed the small price difference. i'd recommend to anyone.

My husband was a butcher to trade and is fed up that our rolls of meat fall apart when cooked. As he slices them they break up and the meat does not look good when it's in crumbs on the plates. So I came across your site and he ordered twine, a new knife and a needle. He would like to find a longer needle so if you come across one please let me know.

I had a delivery on 13/06/12 and the item somehow had been damaged in transit, i phoned awsmith to report it and was told i would have a replacement the next day, in my experience most companys say things and don"t keep their word but well done to awsmiths the item was delivered first thing the next day, great service,
