I ordered a few important butchers knives - all good quality and they arrived very quickly I was very impressed! many thanks Smiths

I ordered some pudding bowls at very short notice, which weren't in stock. Smith's arranged for the manufacturer to ship them directly to us so that we were able to meet our customer's deadline.

The whole process is easy and straight forward and delivery is quick very impressed.

No problems and excelent quality

Bought five chopping boards, good value and quality. Delivered by suppliers own van, would recommend alternative delivery options for smaller items which might make dispatch a little quicker.

One of the items within the main box was split within its own box. Manufacturer fault rather thanSmiths packaging.

I ordered one day and it was delivered the next

We ordered some disposable serving platters, unfortunately they arrived a day too late for the purpose. We spoke to the sales team who very kindly arranged for the area rep to collect re-collect our parcel and they called to arrange a full refund once the return of the goods was complete. Thank you Smith's we will no doubt be in contact again with better delivery results next time we hope!!

I ordered some products that came well packaged and were delivered speedily.

Went looking for a salmon slicing knife and was amazed at all the different tools on offer - bought more than initially intended. Great site though have to be careful when choosing payment method as my mouse scroll button took me out of card payment to cheque without me noticing resulting in delay. Smiths though promptly prepared my order and I received it today - very pleased

I purchased a flat steel which is a great product for honing knives at work. It helps keep the knife edge sharper for longer and i would recomend it to all.
