I bought 2 tickets from ticketscenter

I bought 2 tickets from ticketscenter. Never got the tickets. They wanted me to load axs app. It will not load on my phone. Ticketscenter will not refund or resend tickets because they came from axs. Axs.com will not give me a refund or send the tickets t my phone. This is so wrong.

Good customer service experience

Ray was so determined to help me with my problem in customer service. He was professional and helpful and I appreciate his attention and time. His attitude was genuine and caring. I wish more customer service reps were like him.

TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!!! Trying to purchase with a pre sale code that will not work on AXS app. Have been on the chat/help 3 different times now and none of the agents have helped accomplish anything. Now can't even get back into my account because it's saying my log in information is wrong, even though it is the same information I've put in multiple times through this now going on 2+ hour ordeal. So ridiculous that this is what we have to go through now just to purchase tickets. Guess we just won't be going to this concert now unless we want to DRIVE to Las Vegas and purchase the tickets!

App Failures Cost Me Money

App failed while trying to transfer or sell tickets, couldn’t send a screenshot to friends, etc. customer service was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. Would not recommend to anyone.

AXS doesn't work via Xfinity

I have Xfinity as my ISP, but I wasn't able to log in after registering. The website told me to turn off my VPN, even though I'm not using one. I contacted support, and they said they website cannot work with Xfinity(???) and suggested that I use a cellular network instead to access their website.

Super quick & easy solution

Super quick & easy solution! Phew I was so stressed. Wasn’t too hard to get to a human. I accidentally bought two overlapping entry-related perks & they were able to refund me because the purchases were on the same day.

TURN OFF WIFI AND USE LTE

I couldnt access tickets and was getting frustrated but thankfully live chat customer support was available and able to help me get the tickets i wanted for the event.
