ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! probably one of absolute worst companies when it comes to customer service! Wait Hours if not days for a call back or to even chat with an agent! They block real fans from getting tickets and flag them as bots even when signed in to my account hours a head of time! Could not be a more terrible experience for customers!

I waited in a queue for a hour and a…

I waited in a queue for a hour and a half and then as soon as i go to buy a ticket the site kicks me out. So not only did they completely waste my time but they also made it seem like i was about to get a ticket. Very very upset

I would give 0 stars if i could.

I would give 0 stars if i could.
They are not for the fans, they do nothing to help fans. Resale sites are loaded with tickets for 5x the price before even getting a shot at buying tickets myself. Ive unfortunately been using them for tickets for a while now, and its always unenjoyable. I routinely get flagged as a bot and booted from trying to buy 1 or 2 tickets while the bots have no issues getting them. Customer service is generally terrible and not helpful. They have a monopoly on the market so theres no avoiding them, so ill continue to get burned on tickets. I pray for their downfall, Complete dogshit company.

Best Customer Service Ever!

i had to change to seated tickets due to a cardiac issue and Sherrell B was phenomenal help. very kind and very efficient! now i still get to see one of my favorite artists without worrying about my health. Thanks a million Sherrell!!

My experience with the customer service…

My experience with the customer service rep Daniel G was exceptional. I had nothing but dead ends and reps doing very little to help me (also with AXS) and Daniel stepped in and saw it to the end!
Thank you again for all your help- you saved the day for sure!

Wish I could give them less stars

Wish I could give them less stars. 2nd time I've had to use them and it was just as bad the 2nd time. Never was able to actually access the tickets I bought had to go to will call to get it sorted out and both times they gave up and just let me in. ucking criminal for how much they charge they can't have a decent system.

Extraordinary AXS customer support

I was extremely frustrated by the AXS app not allowing me to purchase tickets. After my 5th attempt I called AXS customer service. The agent Ray, was extraordinary. He spent 48 minutes helping me and ultimately being able to buy my tickets. He was above and beyond what I would expect in customer support.
Ray was patient and knowledgeable, but in addition he
was supportive and empathetic to my frustration dealing with the system. If all your employees are like Ray, consider yourself very fortunate.

Ladaysia was an incredible help!

Ladaysia was an incredible help. Friendly and helped me get the tickets I needed exchanged to another location due to a back surgery I had. I occasionally need to get up and walk around a bit so I wanted to be moved to a section that I wouldnt disturb others. They were incredibly helpful and made the exchange process quick and easy.
