AXS Failed to Notify Ticket Holder

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the cancellation of Rod Stewart’s June 15 concert. We traveled to attend this event and never received any notification through AXS that the concert had been canceled.
In today’s digital age, there is no excuse for ticket holders not to receive an email, text message, app notification, or any other form of communication regarding such a significant change. Instead, we learned of the cancellation after making plans and spending time and money to attend.
The concert cancellation itself is understandable, as unforeseen circumstances happen. However, the complete lack of notification to ticket holders is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the customer experience. Better communication and customer service are needed to ensure attendees are informed promptly when events are canceled or rescheduled.
