After receiving a quote for parts and labor, I looked up the part to be replaced and it ranged from $479-595, and Axxess quoted $945. When I asked about the disparity, first I was told I was lying about the price, then was scolded and told "we're not a charity". Extremely unprofessional.

Came to rescue to fix broken gate motors after an exorbitant quote elsewhere. excellent service, high quality work and priced competitively. All round highly reccomend.

My mother's gate opener broke down and she called out the engineers who originally installed it some years ago. They promised a prompt quotation for the repair but after a week of chasing without success she contacted Axxess 28 having found them online via CheckaTrade. Came the same day as the call, fixed the gate on the spot. Excellent honest service - cannot beat this level of professionalism.

I called Grahams company after trying a find someone to fix my electric gates via a Google search. All the reviews I could find said that he was a very helpful, honest and decent man. Well having had him come to my address I concur totally! I had no idea what was wrong with my gates (this is the first property i have ever had with electric gates) - they sometimes jammed or moved slowly in cold weather. Graham come to my address within a couple of days of me contacting him. He did not try to convince me that there was a major issue and scam me out of loads of money. He thought that it was probably a minor niggle, he oiled the gates and left me. If there is anymore problems just call me he said. Thankfully there havent been but I will have no hestiation in calling him if there ever was. A real gent and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Graham
