I have wrote a ticket after completing 2 offers and didn't receive any credit, it's been almost a week now and I still didn't receive any news, is this a scam or what? My tickets id are 530421

There was a glitch where my reward didnt reward me, i contacted them and they responded very quickly and added the rewards to my account, great support system and very rewarding apps, perfect in my opinion

Good until theasy reward doesn't reward. For zero reason the last step for two of my offers didn't credit. I contact them and j get only one response from one of them after a month, and they didn't even respond to my other one. Easiest 5 star if I actually got paid

I did an offer: Sea of Conquest: Pirate War.
I completed it in under 18 days, and I got paid for all flagships except for the last one. It's been days since I opened a ticket and still no response. Ticket (529202)

I started in late June 2024, by the end of August I was out $154,000 They started with requesting a small amount of funds to complete a task, about $100. The next thing you know, it's thousands, all with the assurance that you will get your money back and your profits. The next thing you know, you have paid tens of thousands! I had to pay $82,000 in order to get my money back. I never got it because then they charged $72,000 to "Repair my Credit Score," and you can't get your money back until your repair you credit score, which is an arbitrary amount charged by the Company. This is not an actual Credit Score as known by the 3 credit reporting agencies. This is something that they created. And they said that it was going to be refunded. Then after that was paid, and I was going to get the money back with the profits...they said that the account was hacked. But I don't believe it. $154,000 lost. But for $62,000 supposedly refundable, they could track down the theft and return my money! So, my money is lost. They keep raising up the amount until you can't pay it, and they keep the money. If anyone wants more details, I have screen shots of virtually every single transaction with the company. They don't give you a contact name or email address to reach a person in authority, so you don't have anyone to speak to. Do not send your money to a company that refuses to get back to you. Maybe they will respond to the F.T.C. the F.B.I. or the S.E.C. since I filed with all three agencies. I filed a complaint with the company, Ayet Studios. I have not received a reply.

They gave me a reward that had been lost from the game I played it from. This is the first time I received such a thing, other offerwalls are generic and find excuses not to bother. So, I'm very pleased with the outcome.
One minus is that it took quite a while for me to get the reward, and I had to update my ticket to remind them of my request.

Very disappointed did an offer with them through prime opinion,the offer was the pokerstars deposit £15 after a few days I'd not received by bonus so I sent support an email they told me they would need to speak to the advertiser and it could take 30 days.

Frankly this isn't good enough when you are spending money on offerwalls you expect them to be legitimate and pay.

I sent screenshot as proof and I'm still being told to wait,you should either honor the offerwall offer or pay back the £15

This is my request no 523365. I have completed the idle fury fishing in 6 days out of 7 but my tracking was done till 550 meters only but I did 8000 meters total . I have submitted the report for this offer still they are not responding,I had worst experience they reject my request for no reason.

It kinda took long ~2 weeks to get response, but received my rewards so I'm happy. But I would be pleased if the support was a bit faster. Thanks.

I have another issue with them so dropping the star back to 1

I activated an offer using the link for an app i never used before. The offer showed up as pending but the rewards were not coming in. I opened the support ticket 566894 and they replied that the offer was not activated properly. I feel I did my part right. Let’s see if they honor theirs.

There was an issue activating an offer. I need to play a new game and reach certain levels and make a purchase to get coins in another game.

This has to be done before a deadline. Their support is not responding to my request and the deadline will expire soon.

From the other comments I see, this might be a recurring thing to avoid handing out the bonuses. Giving only one star because my request 518299 is still unanswered.

(Continued) the day after I created this review I got an email asking to follow a standard support request procedure. It seems they did not take the time to read my request because I was saying a crucial part of the procedure was missing and I could not execute it. Have not heard back from them since. The deadline is tomorrow. Very disappointed with them.

I seem to get a reply from them only when this review is updated. The delay is now expired and to my initial question: “it seems the offer was not activated properly”; their answer was “there does not seem to have an activated offer on your account”. Well duh! At least we agree on that but it offers no help whatsoever in fixing the issue. I feel they stalled the issue on purpose until it was too late to address it.

Still no reply from support but I activated another offer and got rewarded. I am adding one star to the review.

The customer support for this company is evading responsibility and try to pin it on the advertising company..
It doesn't seem to help, that the other company says, it's ayetstudios.com that is responsible.

There is no way to complaint over their ruling which is "it's out of our hands"

They sent me an email response saying there may be a delay, but nothing else. So I just waited. It took a couple of weeks and I tried contacting again. Eventually I did get a response and they awarded me the coins I was missing. I noticed others saying you have to respond to that first email, but I don't recall it saying anything other than mentioning a delay, but they will get to my email. So more info may be needed in that first email. Otherwise, I did get my coins, so can't complain.

Played a game and was funded for each step within minutes. ( minus a $4.99 purchase I was never awarded.) I then got to the first bigger step worth $138 and was never funded. I’ve reached out to customer service a couple times. No reply. It’s been weeks. Disappointing because I invested a little bit of money to reach the milestone. I’ll update if there are any changes.

I've raised my concern with them but I haven't followed up with them for a few days. But when I updated them once again with my concern, they have fixed it right away on the same day.

I was not credited the reward upon completion of task.

Wrote to support, they replied somehow hinting I completed the task illegally or breaching their terms and conditions, which is utter bs!

I provided evidence of purchase and completion of task fair and square.

Gimme my reward!

Overall they responded within a week and resolved my requests quickly. They did ask for more information but it was not complicated or a long process. I haven't had any bad experiences with them so far.

It took them a long while, for me it was about two months. But my reward was validated that same day. Thank you.
