i understand they might have a lot of emails to sift through so i don't mind that they take awhile to respond. it does bother me that they might close your case before reviewing it if you don't reply to their first email saying they got your claim. but overall they are fair in their decision and if you have provided the correct sufficient evidence they will approve it quickly and give your coins.

I need paid man I have waited two weeks and I did everything that I was supposed to it's not fair that I haven't been paid yet man.

Absolute joke of a support service, I've had to deal with them a handful of times now and each time it takes weeks to get a reply and linger still to get credited for completed offers. The offer payouts are hardly worth the effort and stress involved in dealing with them

I have completed many surveys for 7 days straight however when I earned $5 and tried redeeming a gift card, it says unable to verify id and I contacted the support for surveyjunkie but they did not reply for days after many contacts i sent them. This is unacceptable after all the hard work i put behind this so please help me get my robux.

Well for starters they are refusing to pay me what they owe me which is becoming an every day occupancy on freecash which isn't their fault it's the offer partners that are doing it however I think that freecash should go back to the original partner that allows you to earn coins every minute and not completion but that is besides the point so Ayet has emailed me that they already are expediting the payment and they haven't yet ita been over a month now and I'm sick and tired of waiting for them to A. Get off there behinds and pay me and B. They need to stop sending me emails saying that they've got an abundance of tickets they are trying to handle its as if my time isn't precious to me at all I've got all the time in the world to wait for them to do this simple task of releasing me money but nope they don't and this is the last straw I hope they read this too shakes head and finger At them thanks for listening

I found this app proactive and trustworthy. Whatever is offered on the site they have given same rewards within few minutes. The support centre was active. I claimed for missing rewards they asked to wait as they have lots of workload nowadays but responded fast as compare to others.

Some offers can take a while to credit, and won't register. But support is helpful, and it was resolved

The company is always hiding behind there rules to keep your money. I have over $155,000 on their platform. The want to charge me a 40% withdraw fee to receive my money. They told me I needed send in a capital verification fee of $59,000 to verify my funds were legit. then because it took me over a week to get the funds together, they charged me an unfreeze fee of 30% they suck you in and you chase your money with more money to get your original money back.

They used to be good. Paying instant but now not only do they not pay but they reply after months to tickets only to reject. A

This company Ayet Studios is trying to scam me out of 30k. Is there anyone out there willing to join a class action lawsuit against the scamming business practices of this company?

Just another scam finding creative ways not to pay out what they promise.. any company pairing with someone like this needs to look at themselves and ask whether their reputation is worth it..

PS: This page could be used as an example of how easy it is to fake 5 star reviews on TrustPilot I mean, just look at them they’re so obviously fake 😂

Usually the tracking never works which is okay with me as everytime I send a support ticket, they always get back to me within 2 days and get it sorted.

This is absolutely a scam. Did the first multi-steps which were not that time consuming but the payout was low. The second you get to the challenging part which the payout is high, they wont pay you. The will scam you.

It's a good platform, we receive the rewards. If ever there are bugs and it doesn't work, the support team responds quickly and gives us our rewards. I recommend it !

Spent many hours playing a game only to receive nothing because there was alledgedly "fraudulent activity". Honestly, would not bother wasting your time given the chances of them actually paying out are so small. Total scam in my opinion.
