Money taken upfront and no service being provided unprofessional management.

I have been trying to make an appointment to find you are not operational after taking my money. It started with you will be open after one week. Then 18 April and today no answer given as to when you will provide a service you have my money either return the money or provide a service. I have been contacting you not the other way around. Extremely unprofessional and untruthful. I will be contacting my MP and seeking legal advice ! Please kindly refund my money.

Unprofessional, disorganised and unclean

I bought a bundle.
Initially I had a good experience. Unfortunately this quickly deteriorated.
Following an extremely poor and unprofessional massage the team did not offer a refund but instead reassured that the next massage would be better and booked it with an experienced therapist. It was better. However following this, I again had a very poor, unskilled and unprofessional massage after which I experienced a lot of pain and stiffness. This time, I was refunded and offered a complementary message.
The massage was very good but I then developed a serious scalp infection which has lasted two months and is extremely painful and uncomfortable.
Due to inconsistencies and the care received and concern about having an injury I asked for a refund of the remaining balance.
This has been refused and despite repeated emails and phone calls it has been impossible to resolve the issue.
If I have been injured, why on earth would I have faith that the same will not occur?
The T&C’s were not shared or referred to when the bundle was purchased.
Thus good customer service would be to apologise and provide a refund of the remaining balance.

Goofed up my booking and waited for one hour

I had booked a Massage today, 7th Feb at 10 am. When I arrived, I saw a Massager taking a guy for Massage. I waited at the reception for 20 minutes but there was no one to attend.

I then waited and check other rooms, knocked them but got no response. Waited for about an hour. No one arrived. After an hour, the Massager came and I told him that that I had one booked at 10 am. He then checked the booking and had mistakenly taken the other guy instead of me for Massage. The Manager then arrived and checked and she apologized.

She accepted the mistake but then it wasted my time. Firstly, there was no one at the reception and secondly, they should ask the client's name before accepting someone. The other guy who was served acknowledged that his massage was booked for the next day and by mistake he came today. How this possible and how can it be a mistake?

I then told to cancel all my future massages and give a refund to which the manager said she can only give refund on full price.

Well, I am not taking their service anymore and do not recommend this either. There are plenty others available.

Uplifting Abhyanga massage

Had the Abhyanga massage which was excellent. Really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my shoulders and calves. At the end felt totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Vimal is very skillful I would certainly recommend him.

Refund Policy is rubbish as I have…

Refund Policy is rubbish as I have chased it up by sending various emails, been there in person and called various times
The owner is never on site, no replies to email and call back of messages that you leave in person or on telephone or with their staff
Have been told send an email to info@ayuspa explaining the reason and accept our T’s & C’s before we can refund
Have already sent 3 emails been told email not received
Some things are very personal to be explained in writing especially when whole family is involved
Have now complained to Which?

Used to be a good place

This used to be an excellent place.
Customer service has become very poor.

It took one month to get back to me on a complaint then they did not do the right thing by the customer.

Booked a 6-session 4-hands treatment with 2 specific therapists. They had trouble with staffing so it took 6 months to get to the 5th treatment for which I had to try a new therapist who I did not take to.

On the 6th session I was forced to take a single therapist treatment or have the same lady for 4-hands. I had a single therapist on the basis that the Dr there had agreed to sort out some sort of reduction on the next treatment I purchase.

Management refused to honour this after I waited for 1 month for them to get back to me, claiming that they could not due to financial difficulties. It seems they would rather lose a customer.

I feel cheated out of the balance between a single and double therapist treatment.

I bought gift treatments for my sister and mother but would no longer recommend this place as there is no guarantee of good service and after-care.
