Very helpful and items arrived next day excellent service

Very good product, took longer to get it due to royal mail. But I'm very happy and working great and I will order again.

Came to A to Z for some calipers and break pads as they have really good deals. However I no longer needed the parts due to selling the car. They managed to take off any fees for my circumstances and the fact I didn’t have the items for long

Had to return some items,my bad.

Ordered Disc and pads. Listing only mentioned brembo.
Order delivered, only brembo pads and disc was by a brand called Kintex I think.
Contacted the company.
He tried to say the listing doesn’t say Brembo. I sent a screen shot.. no sorry or anything, just “there a good brand and work well with brembo pads”
I put them on as I didn’t have enough time to return and find a replacement.
WORST DECISION, they are noisey on every bit of braking. And the actual braking efficiency, WORSE than expected.
I’ll be getting a couple months use and putting them straight in the bin. Not even sell for cheap. I do not recommend this combo of brand and I also don’t recommend this company. Purely for bad advertising, poor accountability and bad advise.

Needed some rear suspension bolts for my car
Ordered them on Friday 19th December and the estimated delivery was between Xmas and New Year which is understandable for the time of year.

I put a note with the order explaining I had been hoping to have these bolts fitted to the car before Xmas, so a speedy dispatch would be appreciated (I knew it was a long shot due to time of year)

Within 1 hour of the order being placed I received a message stating the parts had been posted

Monday 22nd December around 1100 hrs the parts were delivered

How’s about that for a great customer service … this has helped me out a lot and it’s great to see a business actually go out of their way to help a customer.

Being a retired business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of good customer service and these guys obviously do too

Great service. Ordered 2 front performance discs and pads for my Mustang (it’s the 5.0) so was hard to source in the UK. These chaps came up top choice of endless looking and certainly more budget friendlythan going direct to manufacturer.

Excellent service! I originally received two passenger-side lower arms by mistake, but once they received my return, the replacement was sent within 24 hours. Very fast and reliable seller. Highly recommended!

They checked compatibility and offered good value for money (especially when measured against Tesla prices for stuff)

What a horrible place ripped me off charged me double on my card then denied it. Thieves. Won’t refund. Now got the banks involved. Avoid at all costs.
