I don’t usually write reviews, but I will this time.
A more complicated transaction, UK to România, returned by DHL in error, but in the end arrived.
Great fit, great guys to communicate with. TAZ was my main guy, a wonderful person to deal with, instrumental in the succes of this sale. I felt no pressure to buy, gave me well informed info, stick with me to the end. Thank you TAZ !

One of the best sellers I ever dealt with , communication was spot on alway reply within the hour fantastic people will definitely support these guys again.

Ordered two MG3 wishbones which were despatched almost immediately, tracking number for Parcelforce supplied.

MG3 are Chinese built cars so at times it can be awkward to get certain parts locally.

i recently contacted AZCarparts in Wakefield,as I was trying t source front brake calipers for my Range Rover Sport,at a decent price. I spoke to Sidd,who was excellent,he took all my details,then called me back within 10 minutes,having located these items in stock. Sidd was really helpful,when I collected them this morning.

I recently had the pleasure to deal with these guys. Great experience from start to finish. Communication was brilliant and encouraged to ensure the right products were supplied.
The quality of the parts was second to none. Of course they were the correct parts (my car has a myriad of variants and options) which impressed me.
Delivery was spot on, fast and as promised. To top all this off, the prices, especially considering the quality, were spot an and superb value.

AtoZ parts are a great company which ive used many times, they are without doubt one of, if not the best motor factor in the industry very helpful and fast shipping. I ordered some brakes in the past which were not the correct part for my car they picked up on my mistake prior to shipping and contacted me to alert me of my this

Discs grind and are not straight.
They click endlessly and won’t refund or replace. Suggested that it’s normal and just need a long hard drive, they don’t, they are just junk.
Stay well clear, their product is just unsafe and now I need to replace them after a few weeks on the car at my cost.

THIEF!
This seller is not serious at all, I bought a timing chain kit. Kit received but poor quality, the chains are poorly machined, and when we contact the seller no response!
Ah if he responds when you leave him a negative opinion! which he deletes immediately afterwards.

So don't trust this thief and dishonest.

Bought my Brembo discs from this great outfit. After a short period had issues with one of the discs and Azar and his team have provided excellent guidance. With their help and knowledge, a warranty claim was successfully placed with Brembo and promptly actioned by AtoZ. Great set up - thank you.

Kinetix brake Discs - Warped after months, poor quality. Have to but new.

i have used this company AZ many years ago, about 7 to 8 years ago. spoke to AZ and TAZ who was very polite and very respectful.

I was on google search saw the parts i needed and the link directed me to ebay so when i saw the name on ebay search site AZ cart parts i got happy so i decide to call them asked about TAZ and AZ i was told they dont work here anyway spoke to the person who answered my call got price on my parts 1 week later i call them again this time someone else picks up the phone and he decides to give me higher price
2 different prices from to different people working under 1 roof .

customer service is bad no reply to emails , the funny part the car parts i wanted iv put them on watch list few days later i receive 5%off from AZ car parts as offer so i decide to go ahead and as soon as i accept the 5% offer someone from the other side decide to take the offer away and cancels my order what a great customer service totally unprofessional so i sent email asking why they did this no reply.

i wish TAZ or Az were working there when i called they were good and i hope this message reaches out to them.
