After ordering my rtx 3090 from Megekko first and computeruniverse after (still waiting for 1580 euro back through PayPal)... I didn't receive anything, I thought that this NVIDIA Card was just a legend... Then I ordered it from Azerty.nl, one of the 2 in stock, in one day I received it!!!
Finally a serious company.
Lesson learnt: always check trustpilot before buying online from a shop you don't know.

Not able to find Corsair T3 in grey anywhere else in Europe. Processing time on Azerty said 6-10 weeks, oh well might as well try.

Their customer service was updating me constantly on the ETA of the order, at it took 4 weeks to arrive in their warehouse and delivered to my door the next day.

This was my first order with Azerty and my experience has been good. I ordered two devices who where flagged on stock with supplier and a 2-3 day delivery time. This was spot on and the devices got delivered quickly. One remark, I find the website slightly unclear. Searching for devices is not always showing it. One type device (Asus XT8 Zen WiFi) is called in various ways but all same model. Overall, happy with Azerty and be returning customer.

Pre ordered a product wich not only didn't arrive , their customer service gave me no valid reason as to why my preordered product wasn't sent to me once it was available. Now I paid 800 euro for a product that I didn't recieve and of wich they cant even give me a date of when I'll actually recieve it.

This is why;
I bought some computer components back in november 2019 to build my own pc.

For some unknown reason, my motherboard burned itself. That was back in march (so the pc worked perfectly for 4 months). So i got in contact with azerty, which immediately said it was my own fault. Probably wouldnt get a new one, so needed to hope it could be repaired by the manufacturing company.

So this was the first dissapointment.

And now, 5 months later, on august 29, I finally received my motherboard. Turned out they just sent me a knew one. For me personally, i think this is ludicrous. Why did it take this long? Couldnt you just sent a new one immediately? I can understand it taking this long if your repairing the broken one, but if you swnt a knew one...

If this was my company, i would sincerely apologize for the long waiting time. And probably would give a little compensation. Doesnt need to be expensive, but at least show you care and try to understand (especially during covid-19, when having a working computer at home matters).

This company is so bad with the customer support, and so unfriendly. I would highly recommend everybody to chose another website for ordering your computer componenents.

That's still no excuse for 5 months of waiting. Even i could see that they couldnt repair the burning damage. So instead of immediately sending a new motherboard (then you could deal with the manufacturer afterwards), you guys wait 5 months and then sent a new one. There is zero responisbility in this proces... That is inexcusable in my opinion.

Extremely long delivery and poor service.

The webshop supplies a great number of products at nice prices. However, the delivery time is exclusive long. In addition, all the service is in Dutch without even an option for English.
I have ordered the product on Tuesday evening and still have not received it (Saturday). For those who need fast delivery and nice service, I can recommend bol.com or MediaMarkt they will deliver your item in less than 24 hours.

Recently purchased a Ryzen 5000 series CPU, once again amazing service even though i had to wait little. Azerty kept me informed and delivery was perfect.

Azerty customer service has been top notch. For every order I have placed they have replied quickly and concisely to accommodate my needs. Usually changes in my orders before they are shipped out and they are able to do this without any hassle. Very straight forward to deal with. I have much confidence in their customer service.

Must honestly say, Top service. Azerty clearly indicated that my order may be delayed due to corona measures and the large amount of postNL traffic may take a little longer for my package to arrive, but it arrived just in time. I ordered some PC case Fans and cables.
