I cannot recommend Azerty. I placed an order, paid for it, and the item was shipped. However, while the package was already on its way, the seller cancelled the order, recalled the shipment,... See more

Bought gigabyte rtx 3070
Bought gigabyte rtx 3070, arrived the next day. Simply put the best!
Very fast seller
Very fast seller. Order delivered the day after, as promised. Price was good, considering this awful time for PC components.
Surely a store to take into account when you are looking for PC components.
Amazing Job
Amazing Job!
I've ordered a Graphic video card 3070 at an honest price, where even the stock house make pay the customer overpriced because of scalpers hyperinflated prices, they were transparent about the longer times for them of delivery about the covid/market situation, and even delivered outside the Netherlands for a little fee, called em and a Kind woman as answered and tried her best in speaking english and everything as gone well.
In one word "Amazing job"
Excellent service and very fast…
Excellent service and very fast delivery. Assortment is vast and prices are competitive. Highly recommend Azerty.nl :-)
Amazing service!
I ordered a monitor on Bol.com, and the seller was azerty. The monitor is great and the service of azerty is even better. Clear information and good delivery times. It said it would arrive on wednesday, but it arrived 2 days earlier (the day after I ordered). I would very much recommend ordering whatever you want to order on this site. 10/10 would order again!
Top Service!
Easy ordering, Good choices, Next day delivery, well packed for safe transport ! Well done guys!
Top Class Service
Placed an order in November for an almost full new PC. Unfortunately due to the new Ryzen processor delays i had to wait but this was no fault of Azerty's. I made a few modifications to the order during the wait and they promptly amended the items. As usual they were great and built the parts i asked for. I always use them and will continue using them in the future.
They have the money, but no response, dont pick up the phone.
My company does 3d work for architects. We urgently needed a powerful laptop for an urgent project which we ordered with Azerty. The indicated delivery was 2-3 days. That was 10 days ago and they do not answer the phone or respond to email. I cannot even cancel the order. They have our money and simply do not reply to any form of contact.
As with all such dropship companies, they will paste a standard reply here ("Please supply order number. We get the indicated delivery from our suppliers, blah blah, not our fault"). It is a typical scam to get customers to buy from them vs others who are honest about delivery times. We fell for it :(
It seems likely that they pad review sites with 1000's of fake reviews (also a common trick). STAY AWAY!
NOTE: You can take the time to reply with a standard copy/paste response, but they cant actually answer phone or email. You then ask me to mail, but I have 3x already with no reply & you dont answer the phone. You only reply to public reviews that others can see...

As a South African expat living in the Netherlands, I have been looking for a quality personal online PC component store. Friendly staff, fast service in difficult times, and excellent service all around. I have no need to look further than Azerty. Thanks!
Have bought a laptop (ASUS) - satisfied
Have bought a laptop ASUS. Swift service, competative prices, everything went well. I am satisfied with my purchase at this store
Very fast, realiable and best priced products
Last week I bought Jabra headphones through Azerty. This was my first time ordering through Azerty and I was surprised by its cheap price and fast service. Cannot complain in any aspect. Also my headphones were very well packaged in air bags, overall very happy and would definitely recommend it due to its competitive prices!
Pretty suspicious, but not outright scamming.
Webstore feels like they cheat a little bit to get customers on launch day of new product...
To elaborate: I bought a Ryzen 5900x from their web store on the release date while they were in stock, and even after placing my order it was still in stock, yet i didn't receive one from the first batch. Additionally, this store was not my first choice, as their prices were marked up to 590 eur, just under 30 euro above msrp, not a deal breaker, and since their website still showed them in stock i bought from them, only to then find out they weren't in stock...
When i say cheat i mean specifically it seems they are doing things that no one can ever prove they did on purpose to get customers, like what it seems happened on release date:
They say the item is available on their website (for slightly more than everywhere else, but at least it's available right?!) and even after buying it you get given a confirmation and they say they'll ship it asap. They then manually change the product to 'pre order' (as in it's not available for shipping right now because it's sold out) about an hour or two after the launch. This gives them lots of orders from people like me, who think it's still in stock and so buy in, even if it's 10-20 euro more expensive here (it's a 590 euro product, so it's not much difference). Lastly, after having bought in, they then don't offer any way to see what number you are in queue "so we don't give false hopes" they say. I can tell you that's not why-- They don't give a number in queue because that way, even though you bought in 1 hour after the release (when it still said in stock) you won't know what number in queue you are, so you don't want to cancel the order and go in queue somewhere cheaper (you'll have to wait anyway, might as well wait somewhere cheaper, but you don't wanna leave the queue because what if you're almost at the front of the line??).
So this is all baseless accusations, but the thing that set off these suspicions with me was the fact that the website did not change automatically, even though their website was perfectly functional (others experienced crashes due to the amount of traffic). So normally a store would tell their website we have, let's say, 30 units in stock. The website would then count 30 sales and automatically change the availability to whatever the store chooses (out of stock, pre-order, whatever).
They obviously knew how many processors they had available at launch, but it seems their website didn't know for some reason, and so never put it out of stock, hence my suspicion. Additionally, the lack of transparency regarding place in queue is also very suspicious when the other biggest retailers do offer this service, namely Alternate.nl and Megekko.nl, both of which offer better prices and better transparency, and both of which were immediately sold out (because their website was actually honest...)
Re: Azerty response:
While it's pretty obvious you'd responds like that to the accusations, it's not necessarily about whether or not you actually did that, it's about the fact that those accusations are what a customer will feel when presented with the events that happened, such as the weird behavior of the website and the lack of clear communication of where in queue they are. Even if you didn't do any of those things, those are still the things you made a customer such as myself experience and doubt, and that still leaves a negative shopping experience.
So regardless of whether anything was done it was a negative shopping experience, and I'd still not recommend it.
Two potential solutions to this that would completely have solved the issue:
-Clearly list on the buy page, perhaps, that the page might not be able to keep up, and it might not be in stock even if it does say it still is.
-Implement a feature to see where in line a customer is. You tell me it's not technically feasible, but it very much is. It really is not hard to implement, I assume this is a cost thing (it's a business, after all) but you'll have to then weigh the decision of whether the cost is worth it to not leave day-one customers with a negative experience.

I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
My order was placed on the 25th of Nov. and the product was available in stock.
The thing that triggered me the most is that after I wrote to customer support, I received an email with a shipping number without any apologies or why my parcel was not sent
