Very friendly and helpful staff. Always receive a response almost instantly! Sonal is really bubbly with a great personality and is very efficient. Maninder is very supportive and positive and she even checked up on me to see how I was coping in my role! A* company who actually care about their staff and consultants :)

I would like to thanks Tamsin Boyle and her team for a seamless, professional experience in finding a major assignment at one of worlds largest
pharmaceutical giants. B2E team has great contacts and valuable relationships both with Clients and consultants that they have built over several years.
They facilitated the whole process of identification, interview and onboarding during a very difficult time of pandemic with no hassel.

Wow, just wow.

Not only do B2E provide an excellent service for their customers, be they clients or resources, they are fully committed to supporting those who need help.

It was business as usual for B2E and Hugh, who held CV review sessions and other webinars during the Covid19 pandemic to support their resources as best as possible. I landed a role fairly quickly after one of their sessions and in this difficult environment, that's saying something to their commitment and success.

As a contractor, my experience (6-month interim contract, which I would have love to have extended but could not due to other commitments) with B2E has been superb throughout. Their systems are seamless and make it easy to bill and track invoicing, their staff have provided excellent guidance on IR-35, the teams of consultants I have worked with have been engaging and collaborative, and the projects that we have been engaged with have grown and evolved ina very short space of time.

I would not hesitate for a second to work with B2E again, or to recommend them to a colleague.

They provide a seamless, well briefed engagement process - for both client and candidate. They provide what the recruiting, relevant talent and searching parties want. Quickly. I was approached, engaged with and placed within three weeks, including rereferences. And the follow up, duty of care and relationship approach has made one feel valued. I've also been able to reciprocate. People buy from people. And B2E have that important element well supported by slick technology that facilitates timely payment - so the value exchange occurs on every level.

B2E are full of a bunch of really bright, intelligent and energetic people. They are also very people focused, which gives them an edge when others put money at the heart and centre of their solution. I particularly enjoy working with Richard Eteson, who is personable, approachable, and a thoroughly nice person to do business with. Highly recommend them.

I took the WIRM workshops with Hugh at B2E and their advice lead me to be offered an interim role which I both enjoy and am succeeding at.
As a consultancy to work with they are first class, I cannot ask for more from Maninder, George, Sonal and the team, particularly in terms of their advice and support during placement.
