B2E have made the transition to a new contract very smooth from both my point of view and that of the client.
Lots of help with paperwork and invoices plus timely payments of invoices and expenses.
Would recommend getting in touch with B2E as a contractor or employer.

Although I was only involved with B2E Resourcing for a short duration, it made a significant difference on my way to search and get a job. The interview with Hugh Abbott was very friendly and the presentation about the B2E Alumni Programme instructive. Then I attended a CV review Webinar hosted by Hugh and shared with 4 other people, job seekers like me. The criticism from peers was very useful and made me more aware of the need of the employer and how to respond to a job advert. I use the tricks learnt during this session to tune my CV and it seemed to have worked well as within a couple of weeks I had 2 interviews and a job offer.

I am with B2E for past few months and my overall experience is very good. The team is really helpful and I always get prompt responses for my queries.

I spent last night at a CV and First Impression course run by B2E. Besides the insights gained it was a good to chat to other Interims and the B2E staff. A great evening and the type of event that sets them apart from other Intermediaries.

I applied for a role via B2E and had a successful interview with the client. I was offered the role but there was a 2 week on boarding delay. During this delay my B2E consultant called me every day to update me on progress; I have never had such regular feedback from any other agency. I have worked with many agencies over the years and B2E is by far the best. They are on site where I work every week and always take the trouble to talk to me and see if I have any issues. In addition they organise evenings in a local pub , about 3 times a year, where they provide the food and drink and an opportunity to meet other B2E contractors. I have already referred 3 people to B2E and would have no issue to refer more.

Working with B2E is different to other resourcing companies, they have a personal touch with is so often missing from other companies.
The B2E team work very closely with both clients and consultants, they are onsite regularly providing consistent support and feedback.
B2E facilitates informal networking events and training workshops in which their independent consultants come together to share knowledge and skills over a few drinks, this has created a strong B2E community.
B2E placed me at my first consultancy role, they made it so easy for me, from general day to day advice and feedback, to monthly reminders and support from the finance team for timesheets and invoicing, all this meant i really had nothing to worry about. The B2E community has so many experienced consultants, I learnt so much and established some great relationships. After 2 years, my contract has come to an end, but I very much look forward to working with B2E again.

Great consultants, different than many traditional recruitment agencies I have come across...Make you feel valuable from the point of first engagement and never stops...Highly recommended.

I've used B2E for several hires over the years. What sets them apart from other agencies is the care they take (i) to really understand the role / business (ii) to find good candidates (iii) and to help prepare the candidates.

Whilst this sounds like a list of basic requirements, the devil is in the detail.

The team work well together, with a good common understanding of the open roles and candidates, and in most cases the recruiters have past experience of the type of roles that are hiring for - a big benefit.

They have been a pleasure to work with and come highly recommended.

I was pleased with the way B2E took the time to understand both the clients requirements and my skills to ensure they are a good match for everyone. Always get my invoices paid on time and if I have any queries (which is not often) they are quick to respond. Very professional and caring agency.

B2E has an active community, regular events and it is frequently trying out new ideas and ways to engage clients and resources. Many of the team have been there for some time so there is good continuity and people get to know who you are.

It isn't a premium resourcing business like Odgers or BIE (though it does handle some senior roles) but it isn't a "hire and forget" organisation either. It sits in the middle ground handling mid-level roles. It has a very large network - many with a consulting background and a large amount of the roles it handles are IT based.

In my experience, B2E listen to what your needs are and then take the time and effort to find the right people to help solve the problem and deliver the right solution.

B2E is an excellent community of professionals who are always accessible and responsive

B2E provide excellent opportunities within the Telecommunications Sector for senior IT staff. They have real knowledge of the market place and are able to clearly advise candidates of suitable roles and help inform the candidates of the true nature of the role. Many B2E staff come from a top tier IT consultancy background and so are very much aware of the challenges and needs of complex IT delivery. I would strongly recommend B2E as a first class recruiter and provider of skilled IT staff.

B2E is a breath of fresh air for me as. When I am recruiting they take time to understand my requirements and profile. They ensure they match the strengths of the individual I am looking for and ensure that the candidates they put forward are of the right personality.
They usually get the individual spot on and have clearly spent time to ensure that this happens every time.
Many times they have 4 or more excellent candidates to me 2 weeks before other suppliers.
