Beware of Fraud: My Horrible Experience with B4Traders and Their Auction Bidding Service
Introduction:
If you're looking to buy wholesale lots or participate in auction bidding, please read this before engaging with B4Traders. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's essential to warn others who might fall victim to their misleading practices.
The Sales Pitch:
I was contacted by two individuals from the company, Harish and Elahi, who persuaded me to buy into their auction for toy lots. They promised quality products at great prices, but what I received was far from what was advertised. These initial conversations seemed professional, and I was convinced this would be a profitable and smooth transaction.
The Awful Reality:
When the items arrived, I was shocked. Out of the 111 toy items I ordered, only 91 arrived, and nearly all of them were either damaged, missing parts, or completely broken. Some of the items, like toy guns and scooters, were unusable and dangerous due to defects. I immediately contacted customer service, hoping to resolve the issue, but the response was anything but helpful.
Despite following their complex claims process (which involved submitting videos, images, and tracking numbers), the company refused to acknowledge the damage or offer any assistance. They claimed that their policies only covered missing or counterfeit items, not damaged goods. Even though I provided evidence to support my case, they made excuses and delayed any resolution, making it clear that they were not interested in helping.
Proof of My Claims:
I have full video evidence from the unboxing process, which shows the condition of the items as they were opened at their warehouse. I also have call recordings from the initial conversations I had with Harish and Elahi, which demonstrate the persuasive tactics used to convince me to buy the lots. Anyone who would like to see the videos or hear the recordings can reach out to me directly. You can find me on Facebook, Instagram, or email me
No Accountability or Resolution:
After several back-and-forth emails, including providing additional video evidence and screenshots of the tracking numbers, I was told that they couldn't process my claim due to the items being "tampered with" (which was completely untrue). They also ignored my requests to cancel remaining shipments or process a refund. Their customer service was slow and dismissive, and I was left with defective products and lost money.
Why You Should Avoid Them:
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with B4Traders. They engage in questionable practices, misrepresent the quality of products, and do not honor their commitments to customers. They are quick to take your money but slow to provide any support when things go wrong.
Conclusion:
This experience has taught me a hard lesson about the risks of buying from companies that are not transparent or reliable. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the frustration and financial loss I’ve faced. I hope my story helps others avoid falling for the same trap. Stay away from B4Traders, and if you're looking to buy lots, do your research and go with a reputable company that values its customers and upholds its promises.
