Ridiculous customer service
Ridiculous customer service. I’ve purchased a sheepskin footmuff during the black Friday sale online and was told it was out of stock so I got refunded. I contacted them and said I didn’t mind the wait as they said new stock will come in in 2-3 weeks as long as I can purchase it again with the discounted price but I was told there’s a waiting list for that style and I need to pay the original price despite I purchased it at the discounted price before. What a joke!

We are a small independent company who work hard to supply premium products at the most competitive prices, not just during discount events. Having looked at your order we can see that you actually ordered 3 different lambskin footmuffs during the Black Friday sale, 2 of which were despatched to you at the discounted price. Unfortunately the remaining footmuff you ordered is out of stock with the manufacturers and we cannot therefore offer this particular design. As we aren't currently able to supply this footmuff it has been withdrawn from our website.
