Lovely company beautiful shop very family orientated

Baba Me is an amazing shop for all things family. Our journey started with cloth nappies and carriers progressing to a wonderful array of toys, eco friendly housewares and facial products for the irritable skin with the coventional high street products.

The customer service is top notch - we had a rather large order go missing and it was no bother to get a replacement. Questions are answered efficiently through the customer service in your own account. The online group has such a welcoming feel, with regular competitions and special offers.

Really love Baba Me it's one of the lovely places I use to feed my wooden toy addiction and even better they do chocolate too. They do some really great deals which can include promotional codes or a free gift with your order.
They have a facebook group where they do live videos which is great as they give demonstrations, you can ask them questions and you see the products in real life.
I love the variety of stock here and found I can buy gifts here for my 2 year old daughter, my 9 year old nephew and even my 84 year old granddad.
Their standard post can be slower then some but this has never bothered me, I do tend to order when there is a promotion on which means they can get swamped, so totally understandable. it's important to note Baba me do offer faster postage options for those who need it.
A great shop I would love to visit but glad I live no way near as I would be living in a cardboard house (be it surrounded with wooden beauties).

I have been shopping here for 3 years..I am delighted with the range of products, the quality and special offers. Any issues I have had have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I could not fault the CS team and unless they are swamped with orders from a mega deal then delivery is usually fast. Love the free delivery option a little too much..

I love Baba Me and have placed many orders with them over the past 18 months or so since I discovered them. They are lovely, always helpful and friendly. They now stock such a wide variety of items from toys to reusable nappies to chocolate to eco gifts. Customer services is excellent and never had any issues.
Love the birthday clubs and Christmas clubs which allow you to,pay over several payments.
My last order arrived within 24 hours of ordering!

Absolutly fab. I love Babame, they are so friendly and the time from ordering to the time it showed up was super super fast, the staff are always more than happy to help if you can't find something on the website. I love this shop have been ordering from them for a year now and will be.ordering for many more to come just wish I'd found them sooner.

I have ordered from babame many times and never had any problems. Ordering is simple, they do great discounts and I especially love their birthday/Christmas club. My items have always been perfect apart from one which was down to the manufacturer not babame. The customer services team are brilliant and very fast to reply, they pointed me in the right direction and in a few days I had a replacement part. I highly recommend them!

Always fab products, but this review is for super service, as even over a busy Easter period my order was placed with first class delivery (not next day) and it came the following day in time for Easter for gifts for my children. Super impressed without me having to pay the extra. Thank you 👍

BabaMe is a site that I visit on a weekly basis, I love to browse the amazing array of products and see what's been added (because there's always something new and exciting!)

I have ordered from the site more times than I should probably admit and have bought toys, clothes, chocolate, beauty products and more, the range is fantastic.

My orders have always arrived in a good, and timely manner and products are always well packaged. On the times in which products have become lost/damaged in transit the customer service team have always gone above and beyond to sort things out really quickly. I think that the team behind BabaMe are wonderful and their dedication shines through.

I have been a customer of Baba Me for quite some time now and can honestly say for a small company they are going above and beyond for their customers. I love how after a while you get to know the team and recognise the names - it almost feels like an extension of our family!

They offer the widest range of natural, eco-friendly and fairtrade products for me and my family and they are constantly expanding. Especially over the last couple of month Baba Me has quickly become my one-stop shop for almost everything I need in my house, for my kids and for myself!

Baba Me is my go to shop for all toys, gifts, cloth nappies, health and beauty products and homeware. There is a huge and varied range of products on on offer. Knowing each product has been carefully chosen to have been ethically and sustainably produced, or fair trade certified is fantastic as it leads to guilt free shopping. Prices are very fair, and there are often great offers on. Free postage over £40 and delivery is very prompt. The sole occasion I've needed to use customer service (wrong item in the order) it was resolved immediately and a replacement item shipped straight out. I can not recommend Baba Me highly enough. Everyone receives gifts from them, and will do from now on.

I buy pretty much all my children’s toys from here and more recently, beauty products for me. The customer service staff are really lovely and personable, I buy a lot online since having children and I like their friendly and direct approach which you just don’t get when communicating with large stores.
I especially like the expanded range and the eco friendly ethos.
I have been a regular customer for over two years now. I just wish I lived nearer so I could visit the shop.
