Most of the time when I'm looking to buy something from a company i ALWAYS look at the bad reviews first.To address some of the things i have read on here and no i do not work for babame.
My sister got me a plate and a few other breakable items for a Christmas gift in dec just gone. now sadly they arrived broken. she messaged them and they asked for photos (which is fair enough, you need to show evidence, why should they take your word for it that's its broken) they sent out replacements sadly they broke as well. in the end i think she said it was the 3rd for 4th lot that came that were finally not broken. However this was all delt with professionally and quickly, there was no hassle and hey life happens, no one is perfect things get broken. Every time i have had to speak to someone they have responded quickly ok so at busy times like Christmas it might take a little longer but they will help you. and if something does go wrong then you will need to give evidence to back up your claims. Anyway me and my little one love everything we order from here and have been extremely happy with the service we have received over the last three years. The baba me buzz page on face book is like a big family, we share things that are sometimes not even related to babame. i've seen the odd issue pop up every now and again but Admin steps in sorts it out and comments are never deleted. posts don't need to be approved either which I've seen a review on here moaning about. anyway Deffo will keep using.

Amazing range of products. They are beautiful as well as being eco friendly/ethical. Lots of exciting events and discounts run too!

I discovered BabaMe for their lovely selection of wooden toys a few years ago and now I buy all my toys but so much more! The selection of natural deodorants, cruelty free make up and skin care is amazing and my daughters greasy hair is gone. Any problems are quickly sorted by the lovely customer service team.

Amazing array of eco products. I found it hard to convince partner to make all the eco changes I wanted but with such amazing ways to switch with toys and nappies and cleaning stuff for the home it was easy! We've really reduced our carbon footprint and the amount of plastic we use. Never would have been able without this shop!

It's been a few years since my first of many orders at Baba Me, I mostly buy wooden toys but as their range and my knowledge has grown I am dipping my toes into becoming more Eco friendly with their reusable products. Across the many orders (more than i can count on my fingers and toes i expect) I have had very little contact with customer services as it has not been needed. On the rare occasion they have had to offer a substitution but this has been from the sales section and I've been more than happy with the way the query has been quickly and politely dealt with. When paying for postage the delivery is quick, sometimes surprisingly quick, The free postage is a little slower obviously but as as expected as its coming from Ireland. Lovely small business with Oodles of offers and special, especially if you track down their Facebook group. Oh and they price match which is ace for a small business.

Absolutely love shopping here. Amazing choice of toys and other household products, quick shipping and very friendly customer service. Can see us shopping here for many years to come!

We love baba me been shopping with them for 4 years now they have a great customer service and the staff r so helpful. Its a ine stop shop frm baby carrier to face cream and all inbetween.

You will love babame if you love unique quality long lasting toys, bath bombs, gifts, rainbows, eco cups, clothing, nappies, slings etc etc. All round fab shop with a lovely family touch. Great customer care and fast shipping. Lots of offers to be had around those times of year when it counts!

Rude Company complained about my honest trueful review having ordered from them. Ive edited it to remove the reason i complained which makes this review seem silly. I didnt use any bad language just a honest review on using this company. Read between the lines. Be careful. Have removed a star from them for this too as down to one star.

I have ordered from you! I have a mini rainbow and some wooden animals. I ordered during your last competition when you gave away the large rainbow and lots of other prizes. Honestly if this is how you treat customers im shocked you have any. You have not contacted me once about my complaint. I have sent proof to trustpilot i ordered from you.

Ordered from this site as they were cheaper than others. 2 x orders took (at least) double the amount of time stated to arrive and when they arrived the box was falling apart and 2 of 3 items in the box were damaged. No one replied to my email for over a week and then a very weak apology and offer to return given- if I paid the postage.

Would not use them again

I have been shopping with Baba Me for around 3 years first stumbling upon them when looking for cloth nappies. Over that time the small business has expanded into ethical and eco products for all parts of your life. I dread to think how much I have spent but the service is always fantastic and they go the extra mile to help when they can.

I have been shopping with babame for a few years now and there is a reason for that. Babame's products,prices, service is without a doubt excellent. Everything I have received is excellent quality. The customer care service is amazing they are prompt and very polite. I 100% recommend buying anything from babame as you will not be disappointed.
