Got the most beautiful toys for my grandchildren
They are made from wood and beautifully carved and painted with beautiful designs and colours . I will definitely be getting more

Very shocked to read the bad reviews, because I have to say I found the store and the customer service fantastic. I tried very hard to shop local for gifts and well it went downhill fast, so I was delighted when I found the store/products online. Ordered on a Sunday and we had the full order bar one item which was refunded asap, delivered by the Wens. Would highly recommend

Without a doubt the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Had to threaten court action to get a refund for an item that wasn't as described. Still waiting for postage to be refunded. Complete disregard for consumer law. Definitely one to avoid.

I would strongly advise people not to shop with this retailer.

To keep it brief I placed an order three months ago, it didn't arrive, despite tracking showing that it had been delivered. This was at the height of the busy postal time during the start of lockdown. The company mostly ignored my many many emails to them trying to chase my parcel up during the next three months.

After three months I told them if they didn't respond and help me resolve this I would post an open letter to them on social media. They responded very quickly and offered me a full refund. It is now 8 days later and the refund has not arrived and they are not responding to emails.

Resolving a missing parcel with an online retailer should not be this hard. Customer service is extremely poor. Please shop elsewhere.

Started shopping here for the toys and have stayed for the environmentally sustainable ethos. Always a pleasure to deal with and orders are received promptly. I love the array of sustainable products that they introduced me to helped my family reduce our environmental impact. The fact that the plant trees when you place an order is just amazing.

I have loved finding this little company. I have been using Babame for over 2 years while i have made the change from plastic toy to open ended wooden toys and making my home more eco friendly. I find their facebook buzz page very friendly and helpful from both other customers and from the owers of Babame. On the odd occasion their has been a need to contact customer service the issues has been rectified straight away. Overall a lovely, friendly small business that i am more than happy to support.

I find this company very pro eco, they research all of the products so that I don't have to, being a busy mum this is ideal. Theres a massive range of eco toys, household and beauty and I regularly buy from each range! Orders are dispatched and arrive super quickly and I've never had any issues with anything that I've brought.
When I've asked questions to customer support the online chat on their website has been great, they always give helpful and knowledgeable advice that I feel I can trust.
There are regular competitions running that keep their site current!
