Have had nothing but great experiences with Babipur and have been ordering from them for at least 3 years. Great products, great and passionate team and always great care and speed with deliveries! Will continue to shop with Babipur for years to come!

Highly recommend this wonderful family business, they are amazing. Their Customer service is truly the best, so fast, super helpful and on the ball. They only stock the highest quality, ethical brands that they personally vouch for. They look after their customers really well by passing on savings and often have a wee discount code available to use. The people who work there are all so helpful and friendly and all appear to really love their job- I would too if i worked there! They go above and beyond to answer questions, measure and compare products, and are even happy to help with missing parts from items bought years ago! I'm pretty much obsessed with Babipur and so happy to have found a trustworthy, real-people run business to support whilst buying beautiful heirloom quality toys.

So many things are great about Babipur.... I love the toy selection and the inspiration I get from their social media; particularly hangout on Facebook. The community in hangout is so supportive and responsive to questions. It is also a fun place to be! It's a great place to shop even without the perks of the loyalty club! The points are very generous, I'm nearly at a £20 voucher, which I'm looking forward to spending in the new year! I have been lucky enough to win a warehouse bargain from the hangout group and I am always excited for Wednesdays to roll around to have another chance! I sometimes take part in daily play prompts, which also offers another chance to win a prize! I'm so pleased I discovered Babipur just before my second baby...I am do much more confident in buying age appropriate,versatile toys that will last for years.

I have been a Babipur customer for a good few years now and have always had excellent service and the range of products and information is great. I've only ever had 2 minor issues with items missing from my order but email to customer service was replied to promptly and all sorted quickly. Thank you

Babipur is a brilliant company. All products are thoughtfully sourced and ethically made. Their customer service is brilliant and their friendly staff always deal with any queries or problems quickly. The community they have created online is a lovely place too. A refreshing change from big faceless companies. Definitely recommend.

I had a reboxing problem having taken tractor and trailer out of the box to exclaim over. Quick message to Babipur who sent me a photo to solve my dilemma. Superb service...as always! Thank you.

I do recognize the efforts you made to assist me, and I’m grateful that you reached out to Royal Mail and provided tracking details. However, the process was still frustrating on my end, especially with the limited collection hours at Royal Mail and the incorrect information I was given about what was needed to collect the parcel. This made it difficult to resolve things quickly, and I hope you can understand why I felt disappointed.

I also want to acknowledge the misunderstanding regarding the other courier issue—I appreciate you clarifying that and apologize for any confusion caused.

Thank you again for resolving this with a refund and for offering me the option to keep the parcel if I can collect it. Despite this hiccup, I know your team works hard to deliver great service, and I look forward to a smoother experience in the future. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas!

I love the Bamboo Comb with handle sold on Babipur website. It is light and beautiful and the comb glides through my hair and detangles knots without discomfort. I am new to bamboo combs but it feels so good for my hair and scalp. I even comb my hair before going to bed (which I never did before).

So I spent a few hundred £££ on some Christmas presents. Within my order was some Felt elves and I ordered them in the pink colourway, but I received the Rainbow colourway. I messaged them on Instagram to enquire whether I was sent the wrong ones. They checked for me and agreed I was. They were so efficient and apologetic in their quick response and gave me 2 solutions to which I could decide; either a partial refund or I could return them with a return label and have the correct ones sent out. I chose the partial refund and it was issued straight away. I chose the refund as the Rainbow colourway are still beautiful and the 3 Grimms sets that came are just stunning. I couldn't fault their customer service at all, mistakes do happen but they rectified them so quick and were really helpful in giving me a solution. Thanks Othela. x

Consistently fantastic customer service. I had product question post-purchase and Sion went above and beyond to provide the information I needed, holding dispatch till I has reviewed and providing various options. Wonderful company with gorgeous, sustainable and ethical products I'm very proud to support.

My son has eczema, I ordered him a pair of cotton school trousers which is very comfortable. The customer service is fantastic.

I cannot recommend highly enough the service at Babipur. Having placed my order I realised I'd made an error, having emailed the company they came straight back to me, rectified it and let me know. The range of products is wonderful, and I'm already looking forward to wrapping and giving the products I bought to my children, nieces and nephews. What a jewel of a find Babipur has been!

Came across Babipur just after my son was born and as I was looking for retailer to purchase Grimms products. My son is now 4 years plus. So after plenty of frugi, maxomorra, Grimms, plan toys products have been purchased we moved on to Patagonia. The jacket that we purchased for my son had some issues with the zipper - 5 months later. So I contacted the Babipur customer service team and Sion dealt with my enquiry. Little did I know that Patagonia offers a repair service which is only the best thing ever because the jacket was quite pricey. Babipur arranged for the postage cost for the item to be sent to them so that they can pass it to Patagonia and then no postage cost for the item to be returned to us too. So very happy with the service provided. Thank you so much Sion and Babipur!

Items received were well packaged using recyclable materials.

I only ordered a small item as a gift but the service received from this business was excellent. Anne did a great job in keeping me updated on progress. Highly recommended 👍👍

This is a really brilliant baby and children’s shop, full of interesting, natural and stylish products. The customer service is second to none, the staff helped me to order some special items that I was interested in, and they came through quickly, with updates along the way. I’m very pleased with products - unusual gifts for a new baby - and will continue to look at the website for ideas and inspirations.
