I made a mistake in not changing my billing address but BabiPur responded to my message almost immediately and also used initiative when they said they would not put an invoice in with the toy as it was a gift.

Above and beyond customer service. I've been buying from Babipur for a few years and have always been happy. Most recently I had lost a small part of a klean kanteen lid I purchased a couple of years before so I contacted customer services to see if I could purchase another small screw part that wasn'ton the website as a standard spare part. They did indeed have just the part I needed and swiftly sent me an invoice to purchase along with a couple of other things I needed anyway to send in the same delivery. 5*s, thanks Babipur

I placed an order with BabiPur, website was great, easy to navigate and managed to pick up a couple of perfect gifts for friends and family. The order arrived a few days later, on opening the package I noticed one box had the seals already opened. I reached out to the client experience team at BabiPur and explained the situation, they swiftly offered a return, providing a return link and saying once posted to share the receipt and they would send out the replacement to avoid any delays, they also offered a partial refund instead if I was happy to keep the one I had in hand. I double checked the product by carefully opening and checking everything inside was intact, which it was, and opted for the partial refund. Communication and solution driven response was great, Anne was friendly and professional, also refund came in to my bank quickly. Will definitely purchase again with this company. Just shows something can always happen but it’s how you deal with it that shows how good a company is.

I absolutely love all things Babipur and their customer service team are amazing! They go above and beyond every single time. I was very un organised this year and forgot to send presents to my nephews in Belgium, they made sure it was sent out asap so it will be there in time for Christmas and added things to the order that I forgot.

Great customer service. I had ordered some Christmas gifts and one item was accidentally not sent. I emailed and they responded within a couple of hours and have shipped the missing item out on a fast track so I still get it in time. Accidents happen (in the years I’ve shopped with Babipur this is literally the first one) but I think what’s really lovely is the sincere apology and great, polite and friendly customer service that follow. I’ll definitely continue to shop here.
