I have used Babipur for many years as it has such an excellent range of ethical toys and clothing. I also recently needed to return something and the customer service (specifically Anne) was very helpful and accommodating with speedy replies. I will continue to use them for many years to come.

This company is my go to company for anything baby related. The fact that it’s not a huge corporation. Everything from Pacifiers. Clips. Toys. The customer service is outstanding ! Always a happy response whenever I’ve had to Change or amend anything.

Babipur are a great company, I have bought many thing from them and have found they sell great quality, ethical items. On the rare occasion I have had an issue with an order their customer service team has been so helpful and very efficient in resolving the problem. Overall I would highly recommend babipur.

I placed an order late in the evening and it was shipped the following morning before I had chance to add another order which was then shipped later the same day- both parcels arrived the day after that- what an excellent service 😀

Recently when I ordered a KK from their sale, there was abit of a mix up in the stock photos and as I was assuming I’d get a taupe lid rather than black I was a little disappointed- after speaking to their team they resolved the issue so quickly and have sent me the right colour for free- dispatched within 24 hours and will likely make it in time for the weekend!

Thanks again to Peter and Sion who resolved the problem super quickly no questions asked!

Amazing customer service. Had the pleasure of talking to Sion who was extremely helpful, accommodating to all my requests, and also very prompt to respond. It is very evident that they care about their customers, which can be very hard to find in businesses these days. 5 stars for their wonderful rapport with customers, and another 5 stars for the items that they carry.

Fantastic service every single time! They go out of their way to help you, very quick response times to any queries, any issues with an order they’ve resolved straight away - but this is very rare I’ve ever had an issue and I’ve ordered a lot 🫣. Delivery times are super quick.

Customer service is always excellent.
I have emailed a few times after placing orders which is always responded to quickly & efficiently with kindness every time.

Honestly I think my favourite company to buy from.
The product range is amazing and so varied.
The customer service is fabulous - had something very minor wrong with a recent order, their response by email was very fast, polite and they were very helpful about replacing the item and sent it out the same day.
