The website was informative and our order was delivered in a timely manner and in good condition. It is better to research what the market price or the product is because the sale price indicated can be misleading on what the product goes for in general anyway.

The shop is very nice and big with many options of cribs. They also have many sales. We made the order online and revieved the product on the selected day.

Delivery was not the worst but quite slow versus other similar companies. Customer support were quite vague when I reached out to ask for a status update on timing after a few days of no update after paying. They just told me I’ll receive a tracking number once it leaves the factory which I already knew. Other than that when I did receive the order, everything was good.

I love baby dump, they have everything you need for the baby. I have found the best prices and the fastest delivery.

Another official BUGABOO dealer can offer almost €200 lower price stroller. Provided the information to the pre-sale team, I received the disappointed response is the competitor’s offer is too low, BABYDUMP can’t offer the same price! If the difference is only small amount, yes we can!

The most disrespectful client service ever! We received our online order, and to our surprise there were a few items in the box we had not ordered! We first thought they were presents for us, but we still thought the decent thing is to contact and ask. In my email I explained if it's sent by mistake. In response they said it has been indeed a mistake and they asked to send it back by filling in a form and go to DPD, which is a bit too much to ask of a highly pregnant lady! So I responded I am not in a condition to return it but you may come pick it up, or if at any point we visit the store, we drop it off.
The answer was quite surprising: "We cannot pick up the items at home. You can send them back with DPD or return them in the store. Otherwise we are obligated to charge costs for the articles."
What a disrespectful response to someone who has been nothing but honest! I did not have any obligation to even mention that they sent me something extra, and now they are thretening to charge me for something we did not order! That's preposterous! They made me regret of being so honest! Apparently honesty is not appreciated in this world anymore!!!

We went to the physical shop, looked around there, chose a lot of things, also, asked lots of Qs from the experts there. This was an essential part of our experience.
Unfortunately, we don't have a car, so we ordered everything online.
Super happy with the quality of the Q-Breez co-sleeper and a baby bath! Also, got all the little things for a baby.
One bottle arrived squashed but after a quick chat with the customer service on WhatsApp we received a new one in 2 days.
So I am highly satisfied with Babydump and going to order a stroller there too.

Website is not working properly. I was doubt if i will get my order but finally i got it.

On March 11, I ordered a Puck Opvouwbaar Badje II Wit/Grijs. The website states that I should receive it the next day, I ordered it at 1:00 p.m. Today is March 13 and I still haven't received my order. This is very unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store that writes false information about the delivery and the waiting time is so long. If I had known that I would not receive it the next day, I would have ordered it in another store.
It's very unfair that they promise next-day delivery and I have to wait two days and I don't know when I will finally receive it?
