Selling items that are not in stock!

Selling items that are not in stock!

This is my second experience ordering from their online store, and once again, it’s been a bad one.

I have no idea why they are selling items that aren’t available. When I place an order, I expect to receive it within a few days—especially when it’s for baby products. I don’t want to wait an indefinite amount of time.

Paying upfront for items you can’t receive is unacceptable and shows very poor customer care.

Nice variety of products and prices

Nice variety of products and prices. I had an amazing experience with customer service from buying online but also great experience and advice on the store (Son) about strollers and carseats. My favorite shop for baby stuff.

Great quality products

We were pleasantly surprised by the premium quality and looks of the baby furniture. We initially ordered a chest of drawers and after assembling it we decided to also order a crib.

The customer service was also very helpful when I had a question about my order.

Great experience overall.

Repeatedly damaged goods, 2 months to get your order

We ordered furniture for the baby room and both the drawer set and bed had defects. We contacted them about it and a week later they said they would send us new parts for bed. I wrote another mail asking for replacement parts for the drawer set as well - no response. Meanwhile the delivery of bed parts isn’t getting scheduled by them either.

Another week later I called and arranged the delivery of all broken parts - 2 weeks later finally got delivery and surprise, surprise - even more broken parts!

After calling about it and asking if we can come to pick up the replacement ourselves they told us sure, should be there next week. Today I got a mail that it will take another 2-3 weeks. It literally takes 2 months to get 2 pieces of furniture from them, I’m yet to see what will happen next time, but this is a really bad and stressful experience during what is supposed to be the most wonderful time of my life.

Very good experience with Baby Dump

Very good experience with Baby Dump! I bought a carseat that was delivered the next day in perfect conditions! After a bad experience with another big online shop, I can only say that baby dump is my option one now! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience purchased through this store and buying at this store. They have everything they possibly need and it was great to see all the options they had. I will definitely shop here and recommend to others!

Quality and not overpriced items!

Quality and not overpriced items!!

I have scoured and spent a lot of time to find affordable yet quality baby products. Almost everything we bought in Baby Dump because they have the lowest prices amongst all baby shops.

We only had one issue for a free matress that they forgot to include in the shipping.
It would have not been an issue but until now it is not delivered and I am almost in my due date. Our order was way back in July and I would have appreciated quick actions given that this was an error from their end. No issues with their customer service, only this processing time I think should not be a burden to the customer. The alternative solution for a faster delivery I opted to decline because the free matress they want to send is cheaper than the free one.

Aside from this, I would always buy from Baby Dump over other shops that is more expensive but lower quality items.

Smooth refund process

Ordered a few things on the website as well as in person at the store recently. Good experience with delivery and with customer support. Was able to even return an item seamlessly and got the full refund.

Overall good service

There was unrealistic expectation that our order will be sent the next working day, because it said so on the web site.
After writing to support after a week of waiting, turned out one of the items was not available for immediate delivery. So we were proposed to split the order. No extra shipping cost, baby gate that we were so eager to get was delivered in two days. I think they handled that well. Recommend!

The company is good at prices however…

The company is good at prices however when there is a customer issue there is no process to address it. We ordered a new stroller and got a stroller whose box and packing was already open.When we called the customer care they advised to go to the shop and when we went to the shop first they argue that the stroller was not previously open while there were clear sign and sufficient proofs of the same then after one hour of discussions they finally try to order a new one but then again no overview on the delivery. Finally we ended up with the same stroller.
